10:45am Akershus?

Is a 10:45 Akershus worth it? (breakfast ends at 11:10) My 4 year old is a very slow eater plus she'll want to spend time with all of the princesses.

We've been before but were there as one of the first reservations and had plenty of time. I've only been able to get a 10:45 so far. I'll keep trying for earlier but in case I don't get anything else, what are your thoughts on 10:45?

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but lunch should begin immediately afterwards and you won't be pushed to hurry up and finish. The cold buffet items may change over from breakfast to lunch, which could be a bonus if you get to try both.

We did this time in January 2014. It was awesome. We didn't feel rushed at all. We were there for close to two hours. We didn't feel stuffed when we left, but no one asked for a snack all day (2 year old, 6 year old, and 12 year old). We ended up leaving and getting dinner off site at 8:00 when we finally felt hungry.

I have read late breakfast is awesome bc you can hit rides first and bc it changes to lunch and you can try both. I think we might try it. We love breakfast foods but now with free dining I feel like we won't get our money's worth with breakfast.

We also like to do late brft to take advantage of morning time for rides, especially on EMH morning . As AP mentioned , they change over to lunch on the buffet, but you will order your brft and then go to buffet to get additional food. They usually let you know when they are changing over do you can grab any other brft items you want, and then can try lunch items if you want, so more like brunch. We have done that timing there and not felt rushed at all.
