On the busy nights when there are 2 Fantasmics are dinner packages offered for the 2nd show? can I at least hope restaurants are open later in MGM?
Sorry if this has been answered already.

I've been told there are no packages for the 10:30 show - only the 8:30.

Crowds are also considerably lighter for the 2nd show...

All packages are for the 1st show. So you can have an early dinner and then ride ride ride til Fantasmic! No RnRC for an hour after dinner, though! :sad2:

Hi all, new here, been lurking for a while.

What is this i hear about a 10:30 Fantasmic? I thought there was only one showing a night! We're going on Wednesday, May 25th (my younger brother's birthday), and all the sites I have looked at say that Fantasmic is at 8:30! Can someone enlighten me and tell me all about this 10:30 deal? I would LOVE to do 10:30 if it means MUCH less crowding...

MGM Park Hours-- May 2005

If you click on the individual day, they show the time for Fantasmic.

During the really busy times of the year, they run a second showing of Fantasmic. It looks like the only showing on May 25 is at 9:00 pm. There are second showings the next few days after that.

You'll probably want to get to the theater by 8:00 at the LATEST if you want a good seat for the show.

Thanks so much for the info, GarrettJD. I had thought the show was 8:30, so I had planned around that. This makes everything much easier if the parade is @ 5:30, and we have to be at the theatre by 8 to get good seats....

*thinking she could see Beauty and the Beast at 4, make the parade by 5:30, eat @ Mom's for dinner, and then be @ the theatre*

I learned to KEEP checking those hours...up until the time you leave! They are always changing!

For months, they had only one showing of Fantasmic on 04/23 for 8:30.... And then last week, 3 weeks before D-Day, a 10:30 show popped up on the Disney schedule!

When I saw that, I immediately called Disney Dining and moved our dinner P.S. back 90 minutes, so we don't have to eat so early in the afternoon.... now we can have a nice dinner, and then see the second show of Fantasmic, which has a smaller crowd. And, we'll ride the big rides during the 1st showing, hoping to get less of a line!
