Yeah, we will arrive on the 22nd. And we will be at MNSSHP that night.:thumbsup2

Are Sean, Cath and Olivia going as well?

You'll have to PM Cass so she can add you to the list of attendees for that night. :thumbsup2

I'm still working on AFEG to get him going then as well. I'm sure after a few Bottingtons and bending Hazel's ear, they will be going. :rotfl:

I am a deck 10 walker. I am an early bird and DH is not, so if any one wants to walk before breakfast you will find me up the top deck with all the guys in yellow setting up chairs and drying the floor. I always take the stairs too! I even take the shoes off and go barefoot when dressed. In may I put mom & sis in elevator and then met them.

DS and I will race up/down the stairs. Sometimes Suz will take the elevator (when dressed for dinner) and we'll race her.

I may see you on Deck 10. Not walking, but I'm usually up their taking pics of the sunrise or the port we're pulling into. I'm always up early on vacation for some reason (ready for bed by 9:30 though - except when we're out with AFEG).

My bill in may was - are you sitting down $26.88!!!! I had the credits from dream and disney visa. The weather was so bad I had very few drinks.

I'm a little nervous to see what our bill will be at the end of the week. I don't drink and DH only drinks beer every once in a blue moon, but it's all the LITTLE stuff that is going to get us! :-) I just remember our honeymoon back in 1994 when we were poor and got the bill at the end of the week - WHOA!!!

Hey Jeff, thanks for the tip!

We're flying Airtran (out of Chicago though) so I'll have to remember that.

I'm hoping for no more than 2 bags going, and no more than 3 bags coming home.....

[insert laughter here :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:]

Suz already warned me it will be 2 bags for sure being checked. If I can keep it at that, I'll be happy.

Nancy K, we were supposed to have rain all week and I think it rained only once. I wish we would get some already. I hate watering my lawn. My water bill is high enough! :scared1:

When we use to live in the city and were on city water, I'd water all the time. Our grass was green as green could be. The neighbors next to us wouldn't do crap. It was like night and day when you walked down the sidewalk. People would stop, take off their shoes and walk on our lawn.

The water bill for the summer quarter was 4x or more than any of the other quarters.

We're on well now, so I don't water as much. Just enough not to have stuff die off.

Speaking of watering, there is rain moving in again and I wanted to fertilize the front lawn. I'll be back in a bit.

We've managed to keep our down under $900 now on a 7 night cruise. Can't remember how high that got on the Repo. :rolleyes1

First cruise (7-night Eastern), I think we did in the neighborhood of $1,200-$1,400. I'm telling you, we held nothing back on that first cruise (balcony room, lots of pictures, gift shop purchases, drinks, excursions, etc.). We've learned and now can keep it down.

Yeah and he's still married to you, so you can get away with a little spending. Enjoy yourself on this cruise. :thumbsup2

Suz and I will check our bill mid-week just to see how we're doing. It won't change anything, just prepare us.

I think the pictures are what is going to get us! Since it's our first time - have NO idea what to expect in the way of what we will be buying.... I don't even know how much in OBC I have (waiting to hear from TA)

I'm not an early riser at ALL (DH is, though) but all the talk of sunrise and prettiness, I may have to practice getting up early so I will do that on the cruise!

I'm also glad we are close to the stairs - on Deck 6 so we may not have to use elevators much at all. Should be interesting to see!

You shouldn't need the elevators much at all on Deck 6. Only 3 Decks up to the pool and no more than 3 Decks down to dinner. Maybe taking the elevator up when you get back on after going ashore, but that's it.

I'll have to dig for some of my sunrise pics. I do know that the best sunset we've seen far outweighs any sunrise. It was in Cartegna Colombia. Heather will agree with me there. I'll have to find that pic too.

But sunrises are nice. Never get tired of them. I think sunrises/sunsets are the most photographed subject when we cruise. With digital, you can take as many as you want now without wasting film.

Hello everyone. I worked a little today but then felt a little tired and winded so I came home. I am waiting for the kids to get home from their last day of school now.
Wasn't it a flat amount per person? For some reason, I thought ours, for the three of us, was like $135. Maybe I'm way off.
I thought they were going to evaulate it quarterly. Your number sounds like the initial offer. I thought we were getting about $180 for the 4 of us.

Glad you were feeling well enough to make it to work for a little bit. Don't overdo it, though! Keep watching those HBO movies! :happytv:

Our kids' last day of school was LAST Friday and they were so happy! Enjoy riding that high along with them!

Thanks, they will probably drive me nuts all summer!

My youngest DD is a Tinkerbell fanatic. The new Tinkerbell movie is getting released on October 27th - but it's a direct to DVD release.

Do you know if (from past experience) they show newly released DVD movies in the theaters?? This would be a real treat for her!:tinker:

paging Jeff....

Since I know you fly Airtran a lot, and you were also having some flight time issues....

I just looked at my return flight, and it's been moved from 12:16 to 11:44 am on the 31st. I'm thinking it should still be ok, but if they bump it up any further I might have an issue.

My question is, at what point can you try to get changes without a fee? Is there such a thing?

Jen did you get an email, or did you just check it? I am checking my ressie now.

I am sure they will show it.
