I've never been to 5 Guys yet but I think Jeff has. I believe it is fast food but of a higher caliper than most.

Yes I am!! I miss the beginning of it though because I don't get home from water aerobics until 8:30. Vicky was so cocky about Brady being safe. Besides that, he had the lowest % so it was fair that he went. Maybe Vicky will be next. I'm kind of pulling for Coleen because she's done so much by herself.

Coleen is my favorite too. I'm anxious to see her dad at the end of all this. Wouldn't it be great if Coleen won the BL and her dad wins the $100K prize for doing it at home??

Good morning everyone.

Today is the big day I start my kettle drive. My DIS time will be limited significantly, but I will try to sneak on when I can. I will be able to get on in the morning and late at night, and sporadically during the day, but today is going to be very long! I have to drive to New Haven to pick up a van load of nail care kits, combs and brushes. We are thinking they will be good gifts for teenage girls. I figure I will drive about 300 miles today and only go about 50 miles from home.

I have done cpr about fifteen times in my ten year career as a fire department member. Only four have been successfull. However , like I tell all people I know, it is a great, cheap lesson to know. It is even more important to know if you have children. I have taught classes to people and then I have had to teach classes to other people,

Chris - If you have 4 out of 15 you have a pretty good rate going. I would add that the 4 people you saved and their family members will remember you for ever. I have several people that still tell me thanks or make a point of saying hi or waving when I see them or their families. Even the family members or those that dont make it are greatful for you trying.

That would be awesome! I was disappointed that he couldn't return on Tues. Did they show him? I was in the car listening on the radio at that point.

It was sooo funny the other night watching this. DD, 10 years old, had the vote figured out way before Amy even mentioned anything about swinging her vote. DD started crunching the votes and talking about Amy being the lone person out from the blue team of couples except her. When Amy voted the way she did DD jumped off the couch and began doing a dance..."oh yea, oh yea." kids.......

I've had a busy morning - just finished wrapping Ellis' xmas presents - both off Santa and off us . Also wrapped some small prezzies for under our teeny tree in the hotel

All I have to do now is wrap everyone elses - I think I'll leave that til tomorrow

I rejoice for you in your joy! It can make your day for you team to pull an upset! However, being an American and a devoted fan of football (OK, here is your one freebie - "American" Football) I have no idea what you are talking about. For example, what is a "Championship side"? What is the "Carling Cup"? What is a "Claret"? If you can fill me in on Burnley and the above questions I may be persuaded to attempt to support Burnley. Is there a web site? Maybe I can get a Burnley shirt of some sort to wear on the cuise?
