We actually did duck into the Main Street Confectionery... Love just shopping around there. Always smells amazing!

Thanks Scott... Kona was actually a lot better than I expected, the New York Strip was in a teriyaki sauce. It was cooked perfect.
With that said, I have yet to try 'Ohana (which is right next door), and would love to. I have a coconut allergy, so thought I would stay away.

Fantastic update.....it brought back a lot of memories! I love the dole whip float and want another one right now!!!! I did not know the horse on the carosel was Walt Disney's wife's favorite..I had heard of it being Cinderella's horse and we try to be on the look out for it when we are in line so we can ride it. YOu taught me somethig in your report!!! I have not ever eaten at Sleepy Hallow before...we get stuck on the same routine and end up at Pecos Bills every time. I think we might need to mix it up a bit. We have never eaten at Kona either...Looks great and the Cone Cloud for the kids looks like something Ethan and Lauren would love!! Keep up the good work on your report!!!

We rode Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, here's another tip we found out in 2010. Notice the horse DD is riding. That horse was Walt Disney's wife (Lillian's) favorite horse. Whenever she rode the ride she would ride that exact horse. It is also said to be Cinderella's horse. And how do you identify this horse?
It's the only one with a gold ribbon on it's tail.

Great pic Brian, Yes the horse Bayley is on is Cinderella's horse, but you scored the daily double here because the horse Seth is on is Prince Charming's

great update brian!!! that last pic of the people on main street, i dont think there is that many people on the entire property today.
great meet, dole whip machine had to be replaced after this past may when briana was there.
walked by canada in world showcase tonight and yelled lets go flyers!!!
we had diner at kona in may and briana loved it. i have a feeling we will be going back next may.

Just wondering if you thought the royal room at POR is a little too "girly". I am dying to stay there, but with one son I am feeling a little selfish about it.

We were at CSR a little before you (Aug 7-14), so I am currently in withdrawal and making my fantasy plans to go back. Unbeknownst to DH of course!

thanks for waiting for me to get brian to update your trip report. im glad i didnt miss anything. being gone for 2 weeks in wdw and finishing my trip report, i was sure i was going to miss something here.

Okay I'm finally here, yikes, I can't believe I missed a fellow Canadians TR!! Great job so far, nice meets with Disdads!

We actually had a Royal room booked because that was all that was left, having two boys 10 and 13, the appeal was just not there for some reason .

We kept checking and found a room in the bayou and really enjoyed that area. We got a room with the extra bed and our boys took turns sleeping in the queen bed alone.

POR is by far our favorite resort!!
