10,000 Leagues Under the Sea/Submarine Ride (or something like that)...

DH and DS rode it on our first trips to WDW but I never did (due to claustrophobia :sad2:).

I did get these shots though back in the pre-digital era.

Just so you'll know, what you see here is as "deep" as the subs ever went. The port hole windows were already submerged and they never went any lower then what you see in these pictures. Good old trickery is what made them seem like they were diving. It was a corny attraction, but, oh so unique. I loved it and rode it every time I was there from 1983 to 1997?? when it closed. Don't remember the exact date but somewhere around that time.
 
Old thread... but I worked at "20k" in high school as a summer job.

On my last day, my fellow cast members threw me into the lagoon (this was tradition back in the late 80's)
