Hi Guys,

I' m so excited. I'm travelling next Friday from Ireland to Florida to meet with my co-ordinator to get the initial planning started. I can barely contain my excitement and I'm dreaming non-stop about the wedding!!

I arrive in Flroida on Saturday and I've so much to do because I won't be able to visit again before the wedding so I have lots to organise. Heres my schedule, I'd be forever grateful if you could all have a look and tell me if I have all areas covered or if theres more I could have organised:

Sunday : Meet Priest (will put his details on the board once I have met him and got the ok!)

Monday ; Meet Planner, have site visits, pick cake, pick flowers. Also arranged to meet Shelley to get invites organised (Have decided to send invites as soon as date is confirmed as my guests need 1 years notice as they will be travelling from Ireland).

Tuesday: Go to After Hours to organise/enquire about suits & prices

Wednesday: Meet Randy Chapman & Stan to put deposits on video & photos.

Thursday: Have make up trial with Beaute Speciale - need to find make up artist on this visit. (My cousin will be doing the hairs!)

For peace of mind would you all please let me know if I have things covered - well as much as I can one year out. Im very limited as I can't sign contracts until August.

I'm hoping to get married in the Wedding Pavillion and have a reception in one of the ballroom locations at the end of April 2008 - at the moment Im thinking The Grand Floridian but this could change once I've had my site visits. We're have between 50-70 guests and we're running the pre-reception from4.30/5.00pm and then dinner cake cutting , speeches etc and a DJ until 2.00am (Guests coming from Ireland we have to put on a good show!!! :) )

Finally, My wedding is a year off and I know I'll have many more questions but I want to thank you all for all your help and support so far

HOW Wonderful... We want to read a TR when you get back.. and take lots of pics
