I am glad that I did not watch the Disney vacation video around my children, they would not have a clue why I was crying (besides giving away the secret)

My goodness, please tell me that I am not the only person who cries just seeing the fireworks over the castle or looking down the main street or watching a child hug a princess...

Goodness, my be that dust in my eyes...

We want to eat at Cinderellas Royal Table, (don't want to do the Epcot one and I do not think we need two princess meals)

Chef Mickey's and Coral Seas.


I am rethinking the Coral Seas
instead am considering Ohana's... Maybe the older girls would like that and the baby can stay in Neverland.

Want to to the Bakery for breakfast at Disney in the mornings.

Would love to eat at the Rainforest Cafe
Have No IDea where to eat at Animal Kingdom
No idea where to eat if we are not going to Coral Reef at Epcot.
No desire to go to Universal, except for the osborne lights...

That T-REX looks REALLY cool... but I know they do not take the dinning plan
Wonder if the Tea Party at the Floridian is going to appeal to the 4 year old.. she will be a pretty young 4 year old.

I am trying not to think of too many places out of the actual parks to eat because we want to spend as much time at the parks as possible.

Have NO IDEA what to do about quick serve or what the best places are anyway.

I changed my resort to the Polynesian resort and have requested non ground level room in the Figi Longhouse. So crossing my fingers that is where I will end up.

It was a tough decision considering my love of the Contemporary. I have also decided that I think I am going to add an extra day on to the trip (don't you love that? "decided that I think?")

Therefore we are now at the Poly from the 16-23rd.

But wait, there's more.

PT, PA and I am HUGE Harry Potter fans and I have decided to use one of those week days to let KT and PH chill while we head over to Universal to buy wands, drink butterbeer and see the leaky cauldron!

not sure how KT is going to feel about it but thought I would attempt in the middle of the week so that PH and KT will be tired and more than willing to sit around the resort and let us scoot over to Hogwarts.

Thank you so much Carrie. My girls know I am this extra sappy person. I cannot WAIT to see how excited they are going to be when they know we are going! They have sacrificed so much as well over the years and they are the greatest gift!

I have decided to add another day to our trip. After having a tiff with my Leave manager today, I was able to resolve that the new state policies WOULD include me for my leave. That gave me 2 extra days of vacation for DISNEY!!!!!

The Poly is just so awesome...if it wasn't a terrible use of DVC points to stay there we would definitely love to stay there again!

A few weeks ago, I ordered more the Disney Princesses Figurines from the Disney Store and the package arrived in the mail. When boxes come to the house everyone waits for mommy to get home before opening them.

Well, there was this box, on the kitchen table and all the Princesses were gathered around the box as I walked in the door:

PA: Mom we got a box
PT: from Disney
PH : Maaagggiiiicccc ox! (she is only 3...lol)

QH: Hmmmm, well I wonder what is inside. PH, what do you think is inside.
PH: Mity Mouse!
QH: Mickey Mouse?
PH: YES MITY MOUSE
QH: How did Micky mouse get in there?
PH: Magic ox!!!

Then I saw a smile spread across PT and PA's face.

PA: Yeah ma, everything Disney is magic.

OMG! I am crying as I say this. After all the have been through, they still believe in magic that I have a hard time folding to.. Thank goodness for MAGIC OXS.

PH has this thing about clothes. It is a huge 'thing' and it can be a really big pain in the booty thing too!

She doesn't like it when her pants do not come down to her ankles. If they are too short when she sits down, there is a fuss.

Now, way way way back this fall, when I admitted my reluctant trip to the Disney Store, I reported the purchasing the figurines. Of course, I think I failed to mention the Beauty PJ set, Ariel set and Cinderella PJ set that I bought that day. Hence my PH has worn them... each NIGHT since Christmas.

We rotate them through the wash, so she will have clean ones, but they are starting to get a little short. Or maybe PH is just get a little taller.

So yesterday, there was a bag from the Disney store on the table.
I arrived home and there were the princesses sitting again at the Table.

PH: Magic Ox.
QH: ha ha ha what is in this magic Box.
PH: Present from the Princesses.
QH: what Princesses?
PH: At de Castal
QH: What Castle?
PH: Belle, Cinnarella, MUlan.

Of course, there were grins all around.

PA: ya ma.. more Magic.

Inside there were Dalmations, Princesses, Tinkerbell and Sleeping Beauty PJS..
and apparently they were from the Princesses....

I am officially hooked on this trip. I just put own the deposit to have 5 dresses custom made for PH for the Dec trip....

Wow... I just cannot make up my mind. I have narrowed it down to most of the TS that I think that my girls and KT would enjoy (hopefully)

Ohana's for Dinner (night out with just the teens)
1900 Park Fare Lunch
Akershus Lunch
Royal Table Breakfast
San Angel Inn (i admit this one is for me)
Boma (dinner)

Of course, I am sure that will change.

Hit a glitch this morning,

I am not going to me able to make a payment on the Disney Trip this month. Of course, I feel stressed even though it is not the end of the world. I have paid off 1/4 of the trip and have until Nov. 2nd to pay the rest. However, if I purchase the Hoppers for the tickets, that is going to be an additional amount.

So, I feel the stress, and I am worried that maybe I have made the wrong decision to undertake this whole thing alone. But, I also know if I tell KT the whole trip will be nixed.

I may not be able to make one next month either.

If it gets canceled.... my children will never know, but I will.... and I don't want that.

No... I'm okay... This is going to happen, maybe I could find a nice bright star?

Ah well.... we'll have to see..

Something very exciting has happened! Yesterday my little brother (well he only about 2 years younger) called and said he may join us a Disney. I have not seen him in over 7 years!! I am so excited!! He would be bringing Queen A, Princess A (6) and Prince B (3).

What exciting news!!

Everything is going to be fine...

MY baby brother is (may be) coming

We are going to go to Disney!!

Well,

It is official, my little brother and his family are joining us on our trip this year.

I also found out that some friends that I have not seen since HS are going to be at the World at the same time!

We are all going to get together for Dinner at O'Hana's one night! I mean, how great is that?

WOW, this is a really big deal for me! AND, I found a little extra money lying around and it will help with payments for the trip over the next few months (when I didn't think I could) AND!! I am going to start clipping coupons and putting the extra directly to the trip.

I just can't believe it! Friends, Family and DISNEY!!!

Anna~ Thank you so much. I am going to have to update my Trip Report now. I admit, sometimes, I feel like I am just typing for the typing!! I am glad that someone is reading it, I love sharing this journey!

I cannot wait till December too. There are quite a few months left, but my ticker is slowly making its way down!

Well, I have not updated in awhile so I decided to add a little more to my trip report.

Sometimes, the trip seems very far away, other times, not so much.

PH seems very much into Tinkerbell right now. I think it is ironic that when I was little Tinkerbell was 'sassy' and not very nice. Today she has been portrayed as 'softer' and more loveable. I cannot say that I like the new Tink, but my daughter certainly does.

That being said, PH was watching one of the planning videos that Disney sent us and started jumping up and down and screaming.. 'Tinkerbell Flying she Flying!!!'

PH has spent the last few beautiful days outside 'flying' around the yard and trying to 'keep up' with her tinkerbell figurine. I have to admit, it is truely magic to hear her squeal with joy and imagination.

The trip is becoming tougher and tougher to pay.. but ah well, it will be done.

Something magical will happen... if not.. all of this is for naught and Disney will have to take its pixie dust back and revert to sending me emails again..
