You said in your post that the issue you were going to complain about was not being able to get by the scooter with luggage or a stroller. By your own pics you can easily get by with either. That is what my comment was on.

If someone is coming the other way, no, you can't get by. A double stroller (width-wise) also doesn't fit, as I saw one family struggle to get by on our last night. It's just not safe, and it puts everyone else in the hallway at risk in an emergency.
