1 night+1day in Dec to see Christmas events- How to Plan

Just found out we will make a short trip Dec4/5 to go to MVMCP the night of the 4th and then a park on the 5th. We were in DW for 2 days last year for our first time and went to MK and MGM. We have a 2yr and 4yr old and are trying to determine what exactly to do? Should we make a PS the night of the 4th prior to the MVMCP for dinner ? Where? And not sure if we'll be spending that evening on rides or just watching parades ? Don't have a lot of time and not sure how to plan it out. Help!!!

It depends on when they'll start allowing entrance for the party on the 4th. I've heard rumors that they start admitting to the party as early as 4 - but I wouldn't schedule a PS that early, just in case you can't get into the park. If you can get a PS, I'd try for Liberty Tree Tavern, which is open during the party. However, I've been calling for the 6th for weeks with no luck - all booked. I *was* able to get in at Cinderella's Royal Table, so you might have some luck there. Also, at somewhere like the Grand Floridian (1900 Park Fare) there is a Cinderella Dinner - and being technically not *in* the park, you could eat there first, then go over to the party.
