1 day which park?

We have one day to spend at Universal. Which park would be best? Its DH, myself and our DDs 6 and 9. DD2 is rather petite so rides that are for people over 43 inches are out. DD1 is leery of crazy wild rides. They LOVE NICK shows and the little one is not a Harry Potter fan. Want to make the most of the day we have, but don't want to waste our money with a park the little one can't do many things.

Universal is great for kids. They have an entire kiddie area.
