1 day, US and IOA during the first week of December?

It all depends on the crowds brought in from Harry Potter. Normally and historically I would say yes...this can be done w/o Express passes but now...no one really knows.

No problem...Once WWoHP opens and we can see what the crowds are doing in the fall, you will get a better idea of the crowds.
