1 day MYW ticket and who can use it QUESTION

We're getting the 1 day base tickets with our room/dining package, but everyone already has passes.

When I want to use them 'down the road' can I use anyone's (do they ID to match the name on the room key since it has no finger scan attached to it)

Also, am I right in assuming it does not have a finger scan attached to it until you first go through the turnstile??
