I am planning our day in DCA (mid-week, 3rd week in September). Park opens at 10am. I want to follow a plan to get the main rides in first and then just be spontaneous after that. Do you think the following is going to work? (We will be at the gates 45 minutes to 1 hour early, as I read they sometimes let you into Buena Vista Street for rope drop; we are going on a day that does not offer EMH)

Radiator Springs Fast Pass
Ride Soaring (forgot which row to be in so we are on top with no feet dangling in view......)
WOC Fast Pass
Toy Story Mania
Screaming
Cars Land (all 3 rides)
Frozen Fast Pass
Ride TOT (or fast pass)

Any and all input appreciated! Haven't been to DL Resort in 10 years and much has changed.

With Tower of Terror experiencing more of an interest the FP has been selling out earlier in the day.

No need to get RSR FP more important to ride TSMM first.
So when it opens head towards Tower of Terror first, and grab its FP.
Head to Paradise Pier.
Then Ride TSMM, Screamin, Fun Wheel, and Goofy Sky School. Save Symphony Swings and Mermaid for later.
Ride Grizzly, grab FP for World of Color, grab FP for RSR, grab FP for Frozen, then use FP for Tower of Terror.
Now you can have a nice lunch. Once the 2 hours are up for RSR FP, grab a Soarin FP. Rest of the day you can visit Hollywood Land, Bugs Land, and Cars Land.

If everyone in your party is older than 8 I highly recommend single rider for RSR. It's so quick and fun when you race each other.

And for Soarin we always do section B row 1- it puts you in the middle of the screen.

Hi again. Getting closer to my trip and in looking at the DL ap today, looks like TOT is the fast pass running out first. Should I go there first instead of soaring fp?

Yes, you can. I'll update my previous post.

I believe that is correct. I was there on an EMH day and saw the rope with a horde of people behind it waiting to rush to Frozen or RSR. They kept a separate line for those who want to get a Frozen FP on the left. At RD, a CM walked the line over to the Frozen FP machines.
