I tried searching to see if there has been any discussion about a similar touring plan, but didn't find anything. So - thoughts on a basic outline of a touring plan? We're doing one day at Universal (staying at WDW), will have park-to-park tickets. Basically, my mom and I want to see HP stuff - my oldest daughter too somewhat. I think both kids will want wands so Ollivander's is a must. But we won't do any of the thrill rides or roller coasters. My girls, 4 and 7, don't like those rides and neither does my mom. I tend to get motion sick and my husband is just along for the ride on this one (he's the only one who has been before). So, my thought is HP, both lands, and then either Dr Seuss area or the Woody Woodpecker kid area. Really I think after 3 days of WDW parks, my girls will just want to play.

It will be a Saturday in early May, so I'm assuming the parks will be fairly crowded but not insanely ridiculously crowded. We plan to arrive before opening but will leave around 4.
I'm thinking:
Start in Diagon Alley with Ollivander's. Walk around, cast spells, stop for a snack, take it all in. Then Hogwarts Express and do Hogsmeade. Maybe lunch at 3 Broomsticks. Then Dr. Seuss area? Or Hogwarts Express back over and Woody Woodpecker area? Thoughts?

I would pick Dr. Seuss area over Woody Woodpecker area. There are some cute rides there and an area to run around a bit. However, it is nice to ride Hogwarts Express in both directions, the ride is a little different both ways. So if the wait time isn't too long I would try to ride it back again before you leave.

Thanks! Glad to hear that sounds reasonable and to have a recommendation!
