1 College Grad, 2 Days IOA & 6 Days With Mickey. New TR Started!!

Happy Easter Doreen !! We had the Traditional Ham, potato casserole. veggies , devilled eggs ( we had a few that needed using) a relish tray and Judy made a cake for dessert !!Our good friend and Snoopy sitter came over for supper and just left with a plateful for tomorrow !!!

We had some excitement involving Kyle and his friends which I have to share on my ptr !! But it was really a great day!!

I feel so bad I have not updated in a few weeks. I thought I was having some allergy issues but I think it is some kind of bug in my throat & chest. I am glad I got it now & not 2 weeks from now. I hope no one else gets it now.

I last posted that I had received our luggage tags. Since then I have received our ME envelope also. I picked up a few more things at Target. I called the car company to pick us up on the 22nd. Our flight leaves at 6:30 so they will be picking us up around 3:30. The price went up 12% from last year but I know the owner & he does give me a discount but with gas prices the way they are he raised the prices.

So it is getting close now & I have gotten a few things on my to do list done.
Cody is playing spring travel soccer & he has 2 games this weekend but they are both home games so no traveling. Hope to get all our coins rolled this weekend & get my tip envelopes printed.

Thanks Amy. I am trying. I left work at lunch time yesterday & came home & slept off & on (in between coughing). I took Mucinex last night & that seemed to help.

I'm getting caught up! It looks like you're pretty set! I'm glad you said envelopes because I forgot to write that down for my to-do list. I wonder if they have ones for Vero Beach?! I'll have to research that!!! Do you leave a tip envelope the last day you are there? That has always been a debate in my household whether you should leave one the last day if you've left one every day during the trip??!!

Yeah I printed a few envelopes before Cody's soccer game but some did not come out very good I need to try again tomorrow.

Yes we do leave an envelope even on the last day. We leave $5.00 every day for a family of 4. I feel they deserve it. I would not want their job.

I hope you all had a great Mother's Day yesterday. It is bittersweet as I lost my mom in Jan. 1994 & I still miss her so much. Those of you that still have your mom's around be very very grateful.

I had a great Mother's Day. My son Ryan was working so I did not see him until he got out of work at 5:00. My DH made me french toast & bacon. It was nice as I am usually the cook on weekends & always make a big breakfast on Sundays so it was nice for a change. My son Cody got me a nice card & also a Disney gift card & some Lindt chocolates. (my favorite) but I really should not be eating them. I will make them last a long time & sharing them with DH also.

Cody had a soccer game at 12:00 & they won 4-0 so that was good!! Then we went to visit my MIL but did not stay too long as they just recently got over this virus that I know have.

We came home & I got all of Ryan's coin rolled. DH helped & he ended up with $199.00 worth of coin. He will be able to spend this on the trip. He is now of "legal" age & wants to try some of the drinks that I highly recommend.

I gave Cody a haircut so he is all set. I gave DH a buzz cut last week & I go for a highlight & cut on Thursday.

When Ryan got home he gave me his gift. Can anyone guess what it was...

Yes another Disney gift card. They asked what I wanted & that is what I told them. Also more Lindt chocolates....Anyone want a chocolate????

So it was a great day. I did make American Chop Suey for dinner with garlic bread and it was good.
