1 BR BWV location?

we are staying in a one bedroom villa may 2-4. is it wroth requesting a location, particularly in view of the rehab there? we have stayed in both boardwalk views, and standard views, and like both--is there something we should avoid? or should we cast it to the winds?

On our last visit we, had room 4121 (standard view) and it overlooked the entrance to the Boardwalk but what did not realize until night was that we could see illuminations. It was a great room but from what I understand 4123 is bigger wand has a bigger balcony.
