1 bedroom villa

Can someone refresh my memory, its been a while since Ive traveled with others, how many people does a 1 bedroom villla sleep?

4 people - 2 on the king in the master, 2 on the sofa bed....except for OKW, BLT, Kidani & Jambo (non-value) - they have a twin sleeper chair so they sleep 5.
