If anyone has pictures from their trip of a 1 bed at Vero I'd love to se them! Are they more like OKw or Boardwalk? Many thanks

Hmmm...I'd say a cross between each. The colors and theme are more like OKW but some of the set up is more like the Boardwalk. (Smaller square footage, laundry area, etc.).

Sorry, I don't have any photos.

Hummmmm, Which 1Br were you in? Mine were the same size as OKW. Long hall with Living room kitchen area and TV in island area of kitch.

Nick and Cindy,

Do you have any idea what the room number for this 1BR at Vero might be? Vero is our home resort and we have only stayed in the beach cottage and inn rooms because I like an ocean view. Most studios and one/two BR units don't have an ocean view but this one sure looks like it does. If anyone knows the numbers of units with ocean views ( even if just partial) please post. Thanks:D

Harriet,

I don't know the exact room number of that 1BR (it would have to be 3rd floor). We were there in July and had a 1BR in bldg 15(room 1527), and we were on the 2nd floor, and had a view of the ocean from our balcony. I am sure if you were in bldg 14 and on the 3rd floor you would have a great view in a 1BR.;)

P.S. I noticed we have the same birthday, same home resorts (OKW+VB).;)

This thread has some pics also.........

Lampy, I don't remember which 1 BR I had, but it was on the first floor. It didn't have along hall, rather the door opened up almost directly into the square "living" area which is comprised of the kitchen, dining/living spaces. As I said, somewhat smaller than OKW.

Personally, I think the 1 bedroom is much larger than BWV, slightly smaller than HH. We don't stay at OKW, it's too far off the beaten path in a remote location, and we don't like relying soley on bus transportation.

Thanks ncligs and Madcoco for the links! Those were some great pictures. I sure wish I was there now:p

Your welcome. VB is an awesome resort. We can't wait to book the Beach Cottage next yr.:bounce:

Thanks for the fantastic pictures, it looks just beautiful!Hope we're lucky enough to get a view as good as the one you had!

just wondering if there is plenty for the kiddies to do.....ages 8 and 10; I got a list when I called the resort - seems like arts and crafts mostly (Nov.) Are there any characters there?

what is the weather usually like there in Nov? Is it warm enough to sit by the pool/swim? What else is there to do in the surrounding area?

I can't remember exactly what the guidebook said about the weather, but there is a temperature chart in there showing highs and lows. I believe it was in the 60-79 range.
