1 bdrm. OKW - 6 people - why refused?

Hi all,
We are thinking of staying in a 1 bedroom at OKW with 6 people - 2 of which are 6 and 3).
DVC said they will not allow 6 people in a 1 bedroom which is for 5 people. I just stayed at SS and they allowed this and it is much smaller than OKW. I want to save some points as we hope to go to Disneyland in the summer. Can someone please explain this to me. Thanks.

MS should not have allowed 6 people to stay at SSR in a one bedroom. Official occupancy for a one bedroom (according to the documents you signed) is 4 plus a child under three. Member Services has been allowing 5 of any age in a one bedroom, though. But they should not have allowed 6.
