......The obvious difference is that the numbers you quoted are long-distance calls for most of us......and I sure don't like paying long-distance charges for being put on hold. The other numbers given are all toll-free. I'd rather call on Eisner's dime!
I ALWAYS use 800-828-0228 and have never had a "rude" CM yet. They have all been VERY nice and courteous to me......not to mention extremely helpful. I've used this number to:
- apply the new codes to our existing room-only reservation,
- to make all 12 of our dining PSs (and got all of my requested times),
- to make both of our dinner show reservations (Spirit of Aloha & Hoop-Dee-Doo) and
- to make our Fantasmic Dinner Package reservation.
NOTE: Half-way through my 11-day-long PS windows, they changed the prompts. So, if you called before last week, the dining prompt was "5".......now it's "3". Good thing I noticed that they were using a different recorded voice (female instead of the previous male) so I listened to the entire menu again. Otherwise, I would've been connected to
Disney Cruise Lines.
