disneyfan551...I feel your pain.

I made several call to adjust our seating today for Cirque. I booked easily this morning but didn't get to pull up the seating charts until this afternoon. I realized our seats were on the second level way over to the right.
Called back only to get disconnected 2x, then got a cm who told me I couldn't book cirque through the 800#. I said well that is how I booked this morning. Then when she put me on hold to call the box office...I get disconnected again. aaaaahhhhh!!!!:earseek:
Finally the next cm put me thru to the box office where a great cm spent alot of time helping me find the right seats. Funny thing is she said seating is pretty much wide open for our date and yet the first CM gave us pretty much the worst seats possible.

I have 2 other reservation numbers....
407 934 7639
407 939 6244

What is the difference between these and the others?
Is one better than the other vis-a-vis information and accuracy of the cm's??:sunny:

......The obvious difference is that the numbers you quoted are long-distance calls for most of us......and I sure don't like paying long-distance charges for being put on hold. The other numbers given are all toll-free. I'd rather call on Eisner's dime!

I ALWAYS use 800-828-0228 and have never had a "rude" CM yet. They have all been VERY nice and courteous to me......not to mention extremely helpful. I've used this number to:
- apply the new codes to our existing room-only reservation,
- to make all 12 of our dining PSs (and got all of my requested times),
- to make both of our dinner show reservations (Spirit of Aloha & Hoop-Dee-Doo) and
- to make our Fantasmic Dinner Package reservation.

NOTE: Half-way through my 11-day-long PS windows, they changed the prompts. So, if you called before last week, the dining prompt was "5".......now it's "3". Good thing I noticed that they were using a different recorded voice (female instead of the previous male) so I listened to the entire menu again. Otherwise, I would've been connected to Disney Cruise Lines.

Because I call from Europe. I get put on hold and have to pay for it! No matter, I am happy to do it as it means that I can get the discounts and the PS's that add up to a great vacation. ::yes::

Sorry Mezmom. I didn't even notice that you're out of the country.

:sunny:

For anyone outside of the USA, I would be MORE than glad to make your calls for you! (Unless it's for CRT!! :p ) That would be terrible, having to make those extremely LD calls!!

I am serious though, if anyone needs assistance, please pm me! :wave2:
