I always call 1-404-WDISNEY. Will the 800 number connect you to CRO also? If it does, great, I can quite using my calling card.

When I told the CM I wish I found that number eariler, she said she had no idea that there was a 1-800 # lol

The 800# actually gets you the Walt Disney Travel Company. The 407-WDISNEY number is for CRO. The WDTC specializes in package vacation and not room-only reservations. We have always used the 800#. You can also use this number for dining reservations too. According to the Passporter, there is a difference in deposit policy and cancellation notice between the two, if you have any questions just ask when you call what the rules are. It also says that when you call the CRO, you may still be connected to the WDTC.

I always use the 800# for room only reservations.Why pay for the call when you are paying so much to go to Disney. I have only had to put down first nights deposit.
