Saddest close I've ever been to...but rather amusing.

Old fireworks game -- we don't know for sure if you will be gone tomorrow, but we will miss you. What tomorrow brings is a mystery, but we will greet the new game with open arms. OK, maybe not open arms, but we might try it out...just once, or maybe twice. But three times, that's all we're going to play you! Old fireworks game, we will keep you in our thoughts and hope you come back to visit. *hint* *hint*

There is me, last one on the right with purple shirt on and standing to my left was Cowboys_Girl I finally met some DIS people today and it was my BEST day EVER on VMK

What a bunch of FANTSTIC people

Have to go be the dutiful daughter tomorrow and on down to my parents for the week and give my dad a break from taking care of my mom. But I will jump on dad's computer and keep myself updated and try and sneak onto VMK at night

If someone knows of a shortcut to get onto VMK, rather than go through the main page, I would love the link

Wish I could've come, but I didn't get back to my computer until about 10 minutes to close. I'm also one of the ones betting tomorrow might bring changes.

You know the people who sit in trees to protest things being cut down, torn down, removed? If it would've been possible, my virtual self would've been clinging to those towers for dear life.

Fireworks was what got me really into the game in the first place. I didn't understand a lot of things and mostly posted on other sections of the DIS at that time, so I was figuring it all out as I went. But I love fireworks in Walt Disney World (Wishes is my favorite), so that game enchanted me right off the bat. It got me hooked on VMK, and it's still hands down my favorite (non-people related) part of the game.

I think I'll come and join you in that corner, Days.

Some of you have been aware of my increased time in Fireworks lately. Try as I might - I never did get to 240,000.

Prior to the New Year, my best ever was 207K. Thanks to advice, tips, computer alteration suggestions from many of you, and practice, practice, practice, I found an extra 23K this week.

If the game changes tomorrow, my top score will be 230K. It's not phenomenal, but I am proud of it.

Bye bye fireworks as we knew you. (Maybe maybe maybe you will give me a few more days to work on you..... only tomorrow will tell.)

Speed and I tried to join you all for closing, but there was no room for us. Must have been all the grieving.

Ahhh I missed the closing. I was in a game of fireworks and with only a few minutes left I tried to get in but the room was full. I will really miss the old fireworks.

I am sad, but very excited at the same time...

I never hit 280,000 with the old works (best was 272) but I have a feeling with the new fireworks I will....

I also wonder if they will change the green car requirements, since it seems like the scoring could go up with the flawless bonus's and clicking in order bonus's....

Anyway... To the old works... You served me well. I enjoyed you to the fullest. I look forward to the changes to come, but you will be missed
