1/2 the family arrives one day,1/2 the next, how to they get tickets?

We have two rooms at the Pop July 12-20. There will be 8 or us total. 5 arrive on July 12, 3-on July 13. We will pay for both rooms on the 12th and will order tickets before we go to add them to our keys. We did not purchase a package just a room and tickets seperate. My question is how will the other half of our family get their tickets with keys if we are not at the resort when they arrive? Can we pick them up and leave them at the desk where you make dinner ressies and etc.? I'm not sure how to handle this since we will not arrive together.

Also if I do not put a credit card for charging on this room can the other family member go down and do it when they arrive?

Leave the extra room keys at the front desk with their names and your name on an envelope - so they come to it and pick them up.

also the tickets won't be in a hurry to add them to your Id.
