1/2 marathon runners - where to stay resort

I just can't make up my mind..... DH and I will be running the 1/2 while my father in law keeps my 2 boys (7 and 3) I want to make it fairly easy for them to either see us at some point as well as the ending. Where would you stay?

That's easy- stay at one of the Monorail resorts. I'll be at POP Century where all the cool kids are but if it was in the budget, I'd blow off the cool kids and stay at the Polynesian.

Duane's right. Monorail you coudl catch MK or TnT and Floridian way. Then, monorial to the end.

BHEch/Yacht Clubs/Boardwalk would allow you to walk ot the finish if you had park passes. A bit of s hike for little legs adn haaving them go through EPcot and not do anything may be tough.

All resort will bus you to Epcot (or TnT if you're early enough) From Epcot you can monorail to MK. MK before sunrise is amzing. My fave place to watch.

We stayed at the Contemporary last year. DW ran the 1/2 and I ran the full (a sort of husband/wife Goofy ?!?). It was great for both of us. TnT is the first stop from the Contemporary so getting there to cheer was easy, then, when you see your runner, get on the express monorail to the Magic Kingdom and catch them again on Main Street which is AMAZING for pictures. You can then eat breakfast at the Contemporary, ride back to TnT and catch the Epcot monorail to the finish. It worked great for us both. Good luck!
