Cast: DW-48 Trip planner, loves everything Disney
DH_48 Likes Disney World, but gets sick of lines, buses, strollers....
DD-18 Loves everything Disney
DS-15 Likes Disney, but is 15 so pretends he doesn't like anything
DD-9 Loves Disney, but as the baby of the family, likes to annoy all of us
We stayed at POP Century. Arrived home on 1/14 to SNOW in Philadelphia!!
Weather: We left Philadelphia and it was about 36 degrees. We arrived in Orlando and it was about 36 degrees!!! argh!!! But each day was warmer and by the Tuesday it was 76, Thursday it was 80. No rain at all. Yesterday when we left it was chilly and very windy. Grade A
Crowds: The first half of the week there were hardly any crowds. 10 minute waits for everything. The most we waited was 20 minutes for BTMR. Towards the end of the week, crowds picked up, but ride wait time only went up a little. We used fastpass a few times, but really didn't need it. Grade A
Buses: It seemed like every time we went to the bus stop, the longest line was where we wanted to go. Sometimes we had to wait a long time, and sometimes we didn't. Some bus drivers were very nice, others were not. We did have to stand about 2/3 of the time. Grade B-
Cast Members: Most were great. A lot of them looked miserable, just like being at a Six Flags park. Three were outstanding in my mind: Todd, our server at CRT, The bus driver who drove us right to POPfrom CR instead of making us go to DD to change buses, and another bus driver who, when we were stuck in Marathon traffic told jokes and took us on a roundabout journey to get us to MK the quickest. Grade B+
Dining plan: Loved it. Can't say enough about it. We used every one of our credits and boy, are we full!!!!!! Grade A++
Food: We didn't ever have a bad meal. Grade A
I will be posting on the restaurant board and trip report board soon. I have a mountain of laundry to do and we have to take DD18 back to college today. ARGH!!!!!
