I've also started the Member gallery. I've left in those from the last cruise that I know are sailing again. If you have given me your new room number I've added it. Otherwise you will have to send it to me. I've used the same pictures as last time with the exception of Dan and Nancy and Bruce and Nancy (I had new pictures of them taken on the cruise). If you want your info removed or anything changed (new picture etc.) just let me know.

Again this info is just a way for all of us to get to know each other before the cruise. If you want your info included here is what we are looking for:

Send your info to member2008@monorailgreen.info

Dis name of anyone in your party that has one. We want at least one person from each group to be an active DIS member.
Real names of eveyone in your party and relationship (husband, wife, daughter, friend, etc.)
Cabin number(required only for the button - if you don't want it published we will honor that but we want to make sure the buttons get to you if you miss the meets)
Birthdays of everyone in your party
Anniversary date
Year you bought into DVC and where you own (for the buttons)
Early/late seating
Where you are staying the night before the cruise? (not for the grid on the web page but so we can try and coordinate a DIS meet the night before)
Button? yes or no (specify who is getting one- be detailed!)
Photo (.jpg or .gif please so we can get to "meet" you and your family)


The above is just a way for everyone to get to know each other before the cruise. If the group wants we can password protect the picture gallery page.

How much info you give is totally up to you. We only ask for the cabin numbers for the buttons so we don't get stuck with them and have no way to get them to you.

Also the buttons are at no cost to you. They are our gift to the group to help identify fellow DISers.

Got the e-mail but haven't had time to make any updates to what was put up earlier.

The photos gallery is on a separate page. There is a link listed under the photo gallery section. Look right above the sample of the button for the link that says click here to see the pictures.

Well Happy Sunday to all!!! I have made it back home from my Vegas work trip! After a great morning of getting up at 5:30am to call for our rooms, getting dressed and heading downstairs to the coffee shop to make my calls we are confirmed for our 2 cabins!!! I had to call from downstairs because we were on the 53rd floor and too high above the cell towers to receive decent reception! So I went down looking halfway presentable with 4 cell phones, my tinkerbell notebook, tinkerbell pixie wand pen, and all the other stuff I would need. I started dialing all 4 phones at about 5:59 and got through on 2 of them, I then put the calls on speaker. (I got some odd looks when its a small world started playing) I waited on hold 25 mins got through to a great girl at MS, and she was able to book me into our first choices of cabins. Cat 11 handicapped (6147)for Tim's dad and grandma, and his dd Lauren. And a cat 10 (2105)for Tim, me, Krystina and Haylee!!! Cant wait to see you all on board!!!

Thanks for the suggestion, Mary. Just went and checked our two reservations and there is a mistake on each of them!! My DD's name is spelled wrong--don't know if that's important but it won't match her passport--and Phil's and my stateroom is not what they told us on the phone. Very frustrating. SIGH!! More calls on Monday, I guess. I'm so grateful you suggested this as it wouldn't have occurred to me.

1) When sending an e-mail please remember to put something in the subject line like 2008 Member Cruise or Member Cruise info. If it is blank it might end up as spam and if it just says cruise I might mix it up with our April '08 group (we are doing a web site for them too). Thanks!

2) Those of you who saw last years page know I did deck plans as well. I plan to do those but just haven't gotten to them yet. Look for them next weekend.

[Empress Room]

DW and I had an amazingly smooth reservation process Saturday morning. Got on hold after only about five calls, was on hold about 30 minutes, and reserved our Category 6 (6544) cabin with a great CM. Whole process was about 45 minutes.

We had heard horror stories...thankfully, the gods were smiling on us.

Can't wait!

306 days till the 2008 Member Cruise!!! My CM was fabulous also. I checked our reservations on the DCL site and everything looks OK. Thanks again to those who hung in there with me in the Chat Room on Saturday. The moral support was appreciated. 50 minutes on hold and the call is dropped! We "Got'er done" though. I will e-mail our info for the web site real soon. We're trying to find a suitable picture! Page One looks good!
