Alpha Lipoic Acid is something worth taking as well. 200mg a day is the recommended dose. It's only$5 or so and my Dr highly recommends it.

Jason takes that too. I should probably add it to my stack of pills I take.

I was over 13 when first diagnosed!!!

Yeah! I showed me @ 99 and Sue @ 00, Then I refreshed and Terri was 00. What happened?

My boo post was originally 1199. Then it changed to 1201. Really strange.
