I've got all sorts of independent stores running rewards programs. They love them. It is much cheaper to keep a customer than it is to pick up a new one. As a matter of fact it is 9 times cheaper!

It is the commonly accepted number in the business world. I have no idea who the source is, but I should be able to find it for you. The other interesting number is that 19% of all gift card $$ go unredeemed. That source is the Wall Street Journal.

Hiya Andy! Yup! I worked out the itinerary for my July trip and made all the ADRs. Just have to call and see if there's a chance at the Fantasmic Pkg. They aren't booking them online for some reason right now.
