If just joining a health club made you buff, I would have been buff years ago. It is going to the health club that makes you buff. I'll be there in the morning still working at it. (push ups)

Normally I eat just about anything and get away with it because I play team sports 2-3x a week. Been injured recently, so I had to cut down before the cruise.
