Question while you're running up the count. I have a 10 pound smoked ham that I need to heat. How long do you think it would take on the grill?

Ok, seems like it would take long time on grill. Found something that says 15 minutes for every lb at 325 in oven.

Since my potatoes cook at 350 I think I'll cook the ham on the bottom shelf with the corn and put the 2 pans of potatoes on the top shelf. Normally I bake the potatoes for 1 hour but with the extra items I'll go for 1 1/4 hrs and see how they look. Anyone think I should do anything different?

According to recipe tips dot com - -

Whole ham w/bone over (8 to 12 lbs) over indirect heat would take 1.75 hours to 2.75 hours

(your time and mileage may vary. There are differences in gas grill cooking and charcoal grilling. The site shows different methods for each)

Hope that this helps Terri. Sounds yummie!

Sure hope the repair man gets here soon to fix the frig. It's a pain the the *** to keep running downstairs to get things out of the extra one. Had to put all the beer in a cooler in the garage. It was time to clean out the frig though. ;) Timing could have been better though. Service is supposed to be here between 8 and 12 and the kids are coming for our Easter dinner at 1. Thank goodness it's just family.

A REALLY bad time for the fridge to go on vacation. Hope your dinner goes well.

(and no, I will NOT be doing a road trip today ... )

Cheesey potatoes (froz hash brown, sour cream, Velvetta, butter) with corn flake topping. There is only 5 of us plus DGD but I have to make 2 9x13 pans so we can have leftovers.

You'd have to drive pretty fast. :)

I know but at least it's 3 months BEFORE the extended warranty expires. :thumbsup2

Looking in garage .... Not seeing where I left the Twin Turbo Porsche 935 Race Car ... :confused3 ... It was just here ... Really ... I could see it in my minds eye ... Oh well ... <singing poorly> "It was just my imagination Running away with me ... <does really cool dance move> " :dancer:

And now I find that my Star Trek :teleport: device is broken ... Repair service says they can come out to fix it in about 20 to 30 years ... apparently they need to actually invent the device before they can fix it ... what's up with that?

 :rotfl2:

It's not even an expensive part, just $30. I guess it will wait until it's out or warranty before anything expensive breaks.
