OK, you may recall that last weekend I punished myself for sneaking onto the computer and was grounded for two weeks. Well, I have been thinking about how sorry I am for doing that and apologized to myself. Since I am normally such a good boy and am such a hardworking person, I decided to reward myself for that. Yesterday morning I ordered an iPad2 to give to myself. It is a surprise so don’t tell, ok?

By the way, today is my father’s 83rd birthday It has been a tough battle to get here and I am thankful I have been given another chance to celebrate with him.

Happy Birthday to your father! Since I can't send him a present in time, here is a little to pass along to him.

My dad turns 85 next month, and I am very grateful that we have been able to celebrate so many with him. Oh, yeah... He LOVES his iPad 2! (I guess he wanted to celebrate early...Probably because he could!)

I'm sure they'll work the kinks out because they know how detailed DVCer's and Diser's are. We read and research everythng!

I hope everyone is doing better, if you were down.....have been reading on how everyone is doing......As they say, "Chin up! Chin up!" Which Disney charachter said that?

My poor doggie became very sick, vomiting and having diarrhea... Of course when we took him to the vet he had a massive explosion of diarrhea in MY CAR!!! At least he was in his crate. so I was being nurse to him. After spending $$$$ on him, he is worth it, I have to pick up some extra hours at work. He's doing better now. Family is doing fine here in the West coast. Very scary earthquakes, I grew up with many, you never really get used to it.

Uck! Sorry to hear that about your pup, and very glad to hear that he is doing better!
On a related note, we got a call from London this morning saying that everybody in DS household is in quarantine, do to that same thing your doggie had. One of the twins had the explosive part as his diaper was being changed. They had to measure the distance. The wall stopped it from going any farther than 4 feet! And he is only 3 weeks old!

I sure wish that somebody could tell me when earthquake season is. I am having the hardest time getting that pinned down. I would love to go to certain places, but won't go there during earthquake season, so I need to know when that is. If anybody has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks!

I have been reading reviews from professional tour people and some trip reports here on the DIS about the Disney Dream. They give it high marks but almost all talked about how crowded all the pools are, how they are letting small kids in the adults only pool(a real stickler with us) and all the long lines from the port waiting area to the water flum on the Dream. I hope this is not the case on our Members' Cruise. I did not read about any complaints on CC in. Has anyone else read some of these reports??...smjj

I recall last year's member cruise, someone told me there were less than 200 kids on the ship.
