Thanks! and yes the wind isn't quite as bad as it was earlier but it's till blowing pretty good. This morning it was blowing so bad it looked like fog. It is cold!!!!

Hi Dan, Just leaving Mickeys Xmas Party. Its very windy and cold so we're freezing; PM me your address so I can send Sue the goods. We're leaving tomorrow afternoon, but had a good time @ D23 Magic & Merriment. Will post pics of event soon (including Cinderella's Royal Suite. We also added on (had a really good offer...Terrie can fill you guys in on that).

Okay, I'm Back. I recommend never, ever, ever let your spouse borrow you computer and log on. This crazy thing now keeps thinking I'm her. I think it's straight right now, but I just bookmark each Thread, and when I now click on my bookmark ... I'm her Hope that magically goes away, because I have a hard time finding this place without using the bookmark.

I assumed we would be toward the top of the DCL Forum, but I always end up having to do a search. Aren't we in the DCL Forum?

Hi everybody! We have had a great time here as usual. The cold and wind this evening though was a bit unbearable. Cinderella's Royal Suite was stunning. The amount of detail was amazing. Wally took pics so we will post them when we get back. DVC hosted a brunch at BLT in TOTWL for the D23 members at the Magic & Merriment event and we got a tour of a Grand Villa. We also got gift bags and we now have a DVC ornament They had a special incentive for anyone who wanted to buy or add on. AKL is selling at $120 per point now and the incentive they offered to add on was $20 off per point for adding on 100 or more points. We added on

Yes we are. Under the DCL Meets area. You and Lara might both have your settings so that the boards 'remember' you and logs you in automatically. Check your settings to see.

The cold and wind this evening though was a bit unbearable.

Aww... You must be from Florida! Right now, I see it is 51 degrees there, which according to my calculations, is 37 degrees warmer than it is here! The wind is about the same in both places right now with it being 24 mph with gusts up to 36, which is pretty stiff no matter how you look at it! And our overnight low is supposed to be anywhere between -1 and -5. That is not going to be much fun in the morning...

We had that problem with our computer, too. When Junior first joined the DISboards he always posted under me because he thought he was logged on but it would automatically log me in. But he fixed it now.

Congrats on adding on!! You paid less than we did when we added on during the 2010 member cruise! That means they lied to us when they said there are NEVER better incentives to add on other than during the member cruise.

I hope all of our Chicagoland friends and our Indy area friends are ok. This was one fierce snow-storm that came through!!! Three counties around us are under a state of emergency (not our county, though). Our schools are closed today, which means I have to use a sick day to stay home because I don't have anyone to watch them within a reasonable distance.

One of the counties that is under a state of emergency is where my mom lives. But she stayed the night at my house last night because she didn't want to try driving home after work yesterday. But her husband couldn't get out of the driveway this morning to go plow. Sorry...I think that's so funny. He's got a plow on the front of his truck and he's stuck in his own driveway. Unfortunately, though, that means no $$$$ since he's not out plowing. BUT...the road he would have to take to get anywhere to plow is closed, so he wouldn't really be able to go anywhere anyway!
