I believe that what I will be doing is NOT sleeping late!

4:45 is equivalent to a four letter word in my book! boo! Can't they start it at a reasonable hour- or better yet, let me shop online?

Are you kidding? We are all keyed up here! I keep waking up in the middle of the night and having to tell myself just because you wake up and go back to sleep it does NOT count as two sleeps.

Hi Terri,
Actually I don't think she has stepped foot into the garage. Right now she is parking my car outside (and her's is inside the garage waiting for me to find a new set of tires for it).

Actually the only thing she said about my effort was that she wanted metal wire racks which would not collect dust like a solid shelves would, even though she told me to paint the wood. I doubt I could find the size I needed in metal, and am sure it would cost more. So I don't think she's going to be impressed anyway.

Maybe I'll take a picture when the garage is cleaned up. That'll be a while though, because I've got to go to southern Indiana for a week or two shortly. Then I either need to have Caitlyn post it or figure it out myself.

Sorry this really sounds too negative. Understand that I took on the garage project for myself. Wanted it to look better, be more usable, and to get the cars in for the winter. So for me it doesn't really matter much what she thinks, on this front.

No foolin'! We were in Cleveland when Dennis Kucinich was being recalled for ballot box stuffing. Since we are from Chicago, we asked what else he did that was so bad. They all looked at us like we were totally insane!

Gotta love Cook County!!! The most corrupt county in the USA!!!

Hahahaha! I had the same thought last night! GMTA! I can't wait to meet you and George (Maybe Wally and Terrie too!)

Sue and I ran into our eye doctor on Monday. (We need a new prescription or we would have seen him! Thank goodness he wasn't injured!) While we were talking with him, we found out that he will be there then too! No plans to meet them, but it was interesting that he and his family will be there then too. There is also a virtual, read longtime (6 years!) online, friend of mine that we will be meeting for the first time on Friday as well!

It is shaping up to be a meeting new people bonanza weekend! I am super excited!! I am all but off the walls! (Well, maybe I am a bouncing off the walls a little bit, at that!)

It's a show on Food Network. They put a few ingredients in a basket and the chefs have to come up with dishes. The winner gets $10,000. I love watching them come up with new and different dishes.

We watch Chopped all the time. It's a fun show. Last night the right person won!

We have made our plans for the wedding planning session, it will be Jan. 22 -26. Anyone planning to be there then? We won't have a lot of time since this will be a working vacation. Our next trip will be in July for the wedding!
