Had fun today at WTD.. It was VERY well attended. Enjoyed talking to some fellow members. It was actually nice to get a Disney fix 8 days before we leave!!!

Lilly is great, Debbie!! She gets her bandage off tomorrow. We get to see what her little thumb looks like. Her stitches don't come out until after Thanksgiving, though. Sounds like you had a very eventful weekend. Take some time and relax tonight....if you can.

The event was well attended at Doorway to Dreams. We arrived at 10:45 and there was a line. They had refreshments and an ornament. We saw a short movie clip. My grandson wanted the ornament so we went to the Disney store where he picked out a Buzz ball instead. We were glad we went early. We also made it to Rainforest before crowds became busy. Ended up buying the membership in case we go again while in Orlando. Stopped at Lush. Love that store. Had to share my bath bombs with my grandson. They do start early. All in all a fun day. Line for Santa was too long though.

Ok, I need info on this event. First off....can any DVCer go or do you have to be invited?? I never got an invitation. My guide, Derek, is based out of DWTD in Schaubmurg...I wonder why I didn't get an invite. Anyway, is the ornament free?? What type of activities, events, promotions did they have? Was this the only weekend for it??

I have no idea. I do know that CarolAnn talked about one before the holidays. For some reason though, she hasn't been on here in ages. Maybe we should just try to plan one. I would be more than happy to do that. What do you think?? Any ideas??
