I agree they were very lucky, but I think I'd be a little creeped out by touring a ship before it's completely built. It's just a little eerie to me! But I'm weird like that!
I've seen "Jersey week" before...why is it called Jersey week? And why do you say you don't have to do Jersey week anymore since your son is in college? Is that a week that the Jersey schools get out that other schools don't?Just curious!
(Junior says I'm nosey!)

Hi Deb,
Just catching up on today's posts after work and thought I would try to answer your question on this one. The first week in November, it seems like everyone in Disney is from Jersey, and that's because our school systems state-wide have off the first Thursday and Friday for the NJEA Teacher's Convention, which is usually held in Atlantic City in the Convention Center. All school are closed and teachers are supposed to go to the convention and attend informational sessions on education, etc. This also usually corresponds with Election Day, that Tuesday. Some schools are off, some not depending on whether they use the school for polling. So in alot of cases, the school is closed for three days that week and everyone runs to Disney! I have been in pre-shows during that week when the host who is talking to people asks if there is anyone who is NOT from NJ there! Its pretty funny.
