As early as 12:01 am on the 120 day booking mark, a letter needs to be faxed to the cruise activity specialist (407-566-6910) asking for brunch in the private dining room at PALO for ___guests at ____time. It needs to include the name and reservation number of the person booking it, and their contact information (email, phone, cell phone). It also needs to include the name and reservation number of the rest of the parties that will be attending that brunch.

Who all do you have on that list? The maximum is 16. I don't remember if Monika and Michael wanted to do brunch with us?

We might have to break this down into two smaller groups! And then just dine at regular tables or do two different shifts in the private room.

I am not sure yet because we are traveling with another couple and I would like to see what they think first. I will surely let you know.

I just got off the phone with them and they told me minimum of 12 maximum of 16. It wouldn't surprise me if that lady didn't know what she was talking about. Maybe Ian can call his contact person at DCL...he's on a first name basis with her since she helped out so much getting last year's Palo brunch booked.
