09/18/11 - DVCers Take Over the Dream (S.S. Member Cruise 2011) - Thread #13

Ok I just go word back. Here are the deets. The photo will be taken on Pirate Night (Monday the 19th) at the D Lounge. Mickey will meet us at 6pm.

Everyone is welcome to be a part of the group picture, with or without a pirate costume. The group picture fee will be $85 like last year. It will be charged to my stateroom. If you'd like to pitch in towards the fee, that is great and appreciated but not required to participate in the picture. Only requirement is that you give your best smile when the photographer says "say Mickey" and actually look like you are having fun

psssst...Allen is growing a pirate beard...it looks shmexy....

Just got a call from my DVC advisor -- reminding me to be sure to leave plenty of room in my suitcase for DVC gifts - 2 per night!
And that the 2012 cruise is in October (21st?).
Getting excited now!
Keeping my fingers crossed - both my housemates have very bad colds. Got my airborne & zicam ready!

Is anybody taking the Magical Express from the airport to the port on Sunday? If so, I'll see you there. I'm staying at the Hyatt Saturday night just to make sure nothing makes me late to the ship.
I have stayed at Port Canaveral hotels before, and met at Fishlips, too. All part of the adventure!

Hi DISers. Long-time site reader but not much of a poster. I just wanted to say that I'll be on the SS Member Cruise this year and I'm extremely excited about it. My parents went last year and had a blast, so this year should be even better on the Dream. Plus I'll have my 1-year old in-tow for his first Disney vacation (he'll get the World in November,) so it should be great! I'm sure that I'll meet some of y'all there regardless since Disney brings out the friendly in people.
