Crust was half way between bread and pie crust ... that would be my best description.
Pizza was pretty well loaded. Sauce had a different flavor than what we usually get around here.

Back to Uno's. The manager seated us and was very friendly as was the waiter. I also noticed a self serve lemonade for those waiting on a table and were offered (and took them up on) an apple for the trip home. Little things like that would make me go back.
