also I read that it is a must to bring a big carryone bag along to take off gifts given. how big a bag should we bring. as leaving we will be on the disney bus up to our resort. there I will repack to bring home on the plane.does that sound like a plan?

That is correct! I have been known to pack and re-pack on the last night of our trip! I think this time I'm just gonna throw everything in the suitcases and not worry about what's where until I get home and unpack!

Question for y'all - I found some name badge insert refills at work today and I was thinking I could print them out and we could put them on our lanyard where we keep our room keys. I was thinking I could do our real names, disboard name and maybe our avatar. What do you think - worth it or not?

I thought maybe I already answered this, but not sure. We would LOVE a name badge with our real name and DISboard name!! Thank you so much!!! Although, I've also read that you've been having printing problems. Don't make these a priority....they are just an added bonus if you can get to them.

I was getting that error message that night, too. I was pretty frustrated about it because I finally had a little time to catch up on here and then I coudln't! Oh well...I'm sure I found something else productive to do!

I would just like to stop in and say hello. since I am also staying here also. I know I may be up there watching the fireworks also. so If you all do not mind I would just like to walk over and say a few hellos to you all.

So what does everyone have planned for today. Pre- trip Mani/pedi for me then Disney packing!!!!

Clean the house, go to the grocery store (gotta have some food in the house for my sister and kids next week....hopefully I can find some milk that expires in two weeks), mani/pedi, bike ride, hang out with my favorite 8 yr old princess.

Already did take a few moments of silence this morning while I was watching the memorial thing they were showing on TV. I wanted to turn the TV off when Bloomberg was speaking because I'm so disgusted with him about not inviting the Firefighters and Police Officers!!!!! And I posted the Alan Jackson song on Facebook..."Where were you when the world stopped turning" LOVE that song!!!

I guess the reason they are so expensive down there is that they have to use real Brazilians for the wax, and the import fees are ridiculous!

I've got my Minnie Mouse mani/pedi scheduled for Wednesday night Gotta hit the European wax salon too. Today I am making more magnets and cutting out the ones I've already made. Disney packing of course. I'll probably be downloading more books on my Kindle to make sure I'm stocked up and an audio book or two for the drive up to Port Canaveral and back from WDW.

We have a fairly new European Wax salon here that opened in Naperville (Chicago suburb). Loved it! I am planning on hitting that one this week.

You are lucky to be able to drive to the Port.

• I'm trying to surprise our daughters with the trip, but they are such detectives!
  
• It's our first time in Florida
• First time to go on a cruise
• First Disney Cruise
• First time at Epcot
• First time at the Magic Kingdom

It will be awsomesauce to finally meet everyone

Still soooo much to do!

Remembering where I was, what my surroundings looked like, and how I felt on September 11, 2001. Seeing all the images of that horrible day on the TV today brings it all back. May each one of us stop and reflect on that day and how it changed our lives. I will never forget that day or all the brave individuals who raced up a burning building, took over a jet airplane, volunteered their services, and most of all, those who fought and still fight so valiantly for our country. And for those who lost their lives by boarding a plane, who went to work on a bright sunny Tuesday morning, and for those who never came home.....I WILL NEVER FORGET!!! God Bless America!!!

It's not!! I have a few things packed, purses mostly. Duffy Bear is packed and that is about it. I really need to get it done today as I won't have time this week. My uncle died Friday, so I will be at the wake/funeral Tuesday and Wednesday. So after the BEARS game today, I am going to get to work.
