Back again for a few, Downstairs bath done, kitchen floor mopped, on to the livingroom!!

Sue- I did read about the vanishing light trick, I knew there was a way, but didn't know how. How was your weekend? Lots of prep for the trip?

My, my you are busy! Do you think you could come over when you're done there? My kitchen floor is a real mess!! hehehe

Yes, lots got done but seems there is still lots to do. We did sneak off to the beach for Friday and Saturday though. It was very nice to relax.

Wow a beach prep trip

My wife is with my oldest DD and should be home soon, so I am trying to get the downstairs down and we can work on the upstairs together.

I remember hearing somewhere that there is a place on Castaway Cay that actually offers lobster for lunch. Has anyone ever seen this and if so where exactly???

Wow a beach prep trip

My wife is with my oldest DD and should be home soon, so I am trying to get the downstairs down and we can work on the upstairs together.

Yeah, not like I wasn't in the sun all summer doing my lifeguarding bit, so I thought I had to work on my tan!!

Good to get the house clean before you go on vacation. I wish I could do that but the other bedroom is still torn apart when we changed DS into the other one - so things are still everywhere!

We won't be doing the theme parks this time around. We're just flying down for the cruise.

But we will be taking another trip to Florida Oct. 17th. We'll be staying in a Grand Villa in Kidani Village with some friends of ours for three nights. Then we move over to the Treehouse Villas for four nights.

We've been planning this one for awhile too and the kids are really looking forward to it. Heck! I'm looking forward to it!

I've also got two more crusies booked for next year. I better find a job soon!

I totaly understand that. that is why we are not really planning a vacaton other than maybe DS wedding.

It gets better and better looking.

DAP is DISapolooza and is sponsored by DIS Unplugged. I have signed up for some of the events already but the sign-up has not yet been announced for the main event which will be a TSM after hours party.

Both of these events stem from Mousefest and I attended events by both groups at Mousefest last year. This year Mousefest isn't happening. But many of the groups involved in Mousefest are still sponsoring events this December.

I was at mousefest last year, I really enjoyed it.

Well I just finished packing for the cruise and to be honest the term really is "over-packed" . I did very good on my non-cruise duffle bag. But my cruise duffle bag is bludging! It's a good thing that we aren't flying otherwise I would need to weigh that bag.

Yes, I had an awesome time last year also. That is why I decided to do this year's trip at the same time.

It is nice to have it clean, but I wanted to make sure everything is all set when my DSIL comes up to stay with our kids while we are gone.

It is usually offered onn the adult beach for lunch. But that is on the Magic. Since the WOnder does not serve lobster I am not sure there would be any extra to be served. They also have steaks some times.

Well I just finished packing for the cruise and to be honest the term really is "over-packed" . I did very good on my non-cruise duffle bag. But my cruise duffle bag is bludging! It's a good thing that we aren't flying otherwise I would need to weigh that bag.

Congrats on the early packing Robbie, my DW asked what I would like to take and I said swim suits and shirts, I think she was looking for a more accurate packing list

Ok after my early morinng post. I played a little facebook and about 5:00 a.m.

Had to get up at 6:00 am to get DGD up to be picked by Mom. She left at 6:30am I went back to bed. woke up hungery @ 8:30 am had some Ceral, went back to bed and got, up at 11:30. had some lunch I am now washing my bedding camoflaged, and and we are taking down the pool. I am taking a break and then its off to clean my bedroom, it should not take to long!

Do you have to work the rest of the week? That is till it is time to leave?

That is one good thing about driving you do not have to worry about the weight of the suitcase.
