this week will feel so long. i wish i could go to sleep today and wake up and it be time to go to disneyworld.

Hello All. It is a beautiful day here. Church service was good. Now, we are home relaxing.

So glad I was reading this site. I just went on and booked my SouthWest airline tickets too! Thank you to all that wrote that SW opened up Sept. If anyone remembers my DH and I were the ones with the bright yellow cruise tee shirts.

Glad you found our group and found some useful information. Stop by so we can get to know you. This is a great group with great information. For some, this will be their first members cruise and other have been on several. This will be my second members cruise.

Ian, I hope you are enjoying your day and the weather. it was good talking to your last night. You, shy, I cannot believe it. I am glad you felt comfortable talking to me. The person who arranged for the group shot last year told everyone on the thread to meet in front of Triton's around 7:20 p.m. on Pirate's Night for our group photo. At the Dis meet on the ship, she reminded everyone of our pirate night group photo.

Mark & Mary did a great job of broadcastin live. The TR is only 8 pages long and has some nice pictures, including a picture of the Dis group on pirate night.

Ian, don't worry we won't throw you overboard if you mess up our group photo. I think it has become a tradition to take the pirate night photo in front of Triton's so that is how the organizer of the photo knew where to tell people to meet.

Hi all!!! We had such a great day yesterday. My Grandma came in for the day (she lives about 1 1/2 hrs away) and we spent the afternoon planning our Disney trip!! It was so funny because I am the planner in the family and they just let me do my thing - I made everyone little booklets with important information!! And I have been working on t-shirts for our group!! I will post a picture of one as soon as I get them done. Then I made dinner for everyone and fell asleep on the couch at 8pm!!! All of these 5am mornings got to me!!!

Today we did nothing - both girls have colds and my older one has asthma that gets worse with a cold so I kept today low key.....or I tried at least!!! I got the suitcases out and start getting clothes together for the girls - trying on the shorts to be sure they have some that fit.... I dilike this job but kept telling myself it was for good cause!!! I have a really busy work week coming up and with the girls birthday party on Sat adn then Easter on Sun I am hoping some time will fly by....the countdown is on!!

I missed the wonder going out i meant to watch it go. It must be rainning a bit judging by the photo Marsha put on here. I think they called off the arnold palmer golf tournment today near orlando because of rain. Im assuming it may not be the best time to be on the wonder for weather.

Glad you had a great day yesterday and I must say you go all out when you plan - booklets for everyone. I thought I was a planner.

The weather report on the Two Palms camera was 70 degrees, wind blowing at 15 mph, and cloudy and hazy. The waves looked rough. Hopefully, the weather for the rest of the trip will be sunny and bright.

For the 2009 cruise our good friend made us a "Lady and the Tramp" door hanger. We hung it on our fish hook sadly it disappeared the night before we were to disembark. This year we will be in stateroom 8068 just in case anyone found it. Thanks for your help.

Good Morning.

I was just thinking too on the pirate night picture, didn't they hand out a card or put something in our fish as a reminder of the photo time and place? That seems to ring a bell with me. (Even though I still forgot about it ).

And you look like you are having a blast in your photo Ian! Were you doing the limbo? Good times, good times.

Supposed to be a nice week here this week. Up in the 70's . Spring is here! Yippee.

Last week i mentioned i could get jet blue or southwest seats for $69 from buf to mci. Im kicking myself for not booking then, but i had to wait to find out something before i booked. I went online last night and both JET BLUE AND SOUTHWEST jumped to $109 for the cheapest flights. Since we like JET BLUE a lot better than SOUTHWEST and the times were better i started filling out online ordering for 2 direct flights both ways. There were 2 seats left at that price, i picked our 2 seats and got all the way to the end but was having problems including money from my JET BLUE ACCOUNT, so i called JET BLUE. The woman on the other end was trying her best to include that account money. After 30 min she was able to access it but by that time those 2 seats were gone. The same 2 seats were now $144.
Soooo, i said i had booked those last 2 seats and their new computer booking system was still giving them problems i should still get lower price. She agreed but didnt have the authority to do that but would get someone who did. After 3 hours with the phone at my ear while they talked me thru making ressies on line, they decided to waive the $15 dollar charge that you pay if you book by phone and do it themselves. She was frustrated with their system and apologized.
I had a nice conversation with them, joked a bit, and stayed calm. I really like their DUNKIN DONUT coffee and BLUE CHIPS they serve
AFTER SAYING ALL THAT WE ARE BOOKED FOR 3 DAYS AFTER THE CRUISE AT OKW BUT I HAVENT BOOKED YET FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE, WHO ELSE AND WHERE ELSE IS EVERYONE STAYING ON PROPERTY THE NIGHT BEFORE? THAT MIGHT HELP ME DECIDE WHERE TO BOOK THAT 1 NIGHT. WE MAY BOOK A DINNER FOR LATER THAT NIGHT THE DIRECT FLIGHT GETS IN AROUND 430pm.

Wow! So sorry to hear of all your difficulties booking your airfare!! Glad you got it booked, though...that's one step closer to your September vacation!!

If you look on the first post, Marsha has a list of who is staying where before and after the cruise. So far we're the only ones staying at the Radisson at the Port the night before the cruise; everyone else is staying on property.

Good Morning All! I hope eveyone has a good day. I just had my yearly physical. I had to be stuck twice since the first vein was not cooperating. It was pretty painless though. Now, I am about to head to work.

That is terrible. Was it personalized? I read about this type of thing happening in other posts (fish extenders and magnets disappearing) and how some people attach the fish extender to the the fish with cable ties I believe. I hope you are able to find it or your friend is able to make another one.

Just wanted to jump on and say hi!! Busy day running around but I found a new Disney love - went to Toys R Us today and can across Pook - A -Looz they are Disney characters in sort of a funky way sort of a pillow, fleecy, stuffed animal - so ugly they are cute. They had DOPEY!!! There is never anything Dopey!! and since I had to have one DD3 picked Minnie - she really wanted the Eeyore in the picture but they were out and we picked Snow White for DD5. I also got my DSis (the one who is celebrating her HS Grad on our trip) a Chesshire Cat - I will take pics and post them hopefully tomorrow!!! Good Night!! Hope everyone had a good day!!!
