All points could be transfered (December 2014 UY).

Payment via Paypal and no additional fees, or a 4% discount if paying with a bank transfer.

I can make a reservation for any resort up to 7 months in advance (for example, today up to 9/19/15). I can make a reservation for SSR up to the end of Novemeber.
For Novermber at BLT or VGC is too early for me, you need to find an owner with points at those resorts.

the 5th is available in a one bedroom.

I'm sorry Cshel85, all is booked solid at BCV and BWV for these dates.
The only studio available at WDW during these dates is at SSR. It would be 156 points.

The night of August 1st is available, but not the night of July 31th.

For both nights almost any other resort is open.

A one bedroom would be available at the Grand Floridian.
Lake view: 132 points
Standard view: 110 points
