Hey!! This will be our first time checking out the Halloween party so I need as much help as possible

We are attending Monday, September 3rd (so soon!!), Me, DH, DS(2.5), DD(1), and my parents (passholders) - we will all be dressed as peter pan characters
Tag Team 3:30 – 4:30 FP+Dumbo / kids & grandparents (get wristband from Philharmagic after)
3:45 - 4pm – DW and DH Enter MK (go to bypass for bag, map, etc.)
4:15-5:15 – Grandparents get in line for Jack and Sally
Tag Team 3:30 – 4:30 – DW DH & Kids FP+ for Peter Pan
5:10 - 6pm – FP+ for Haunted Mansion
6:15 – 6:30pm – Get in line for Pooh and friends
Tag team Rides with kids, Snacks
7:10pm – 8:15pm - Look for Cruella roaming in the area, Check Lines for Ducks and Minnie Mouse / Stop in Disney Jr. Dance Party
8:30 - 9:35 -- Boo to you in Frontierland (hoping to catch Cadavar Dans and Costume Promenade while waiting)
9:35 - 10:30 try to find a spot by Casey's for the Fireworks at 10:15
10:30 - 11:10 Hocus Pocus Show
Tommorowland Dance Party? Lotso? Stitch?

I know I may have too much in my list especially with 2 young kids.. Things we want to do in order..
1. Boo to You Parade
2. Fireworks
3. Jack and Sally
4. Hocus Pocus Show
the rest is more of it would be great to do..
Characters: Pooh, Minnie, Mickey, Donald & Daisy,
Cruella.. would love
Lotso, maybe Stitch if short line) and dance parties (hoping to jump around some between fantasy land, storybook and tomorrow land before heading to the parade), stopping by short treat lines, special memory maker photos (headless horseman and hitch hiking ghosts).. I hope to fit in as much as possible. What would you suggest?
