‘Wonder’ing through Alaska May 27, 2019

Here is a question (because I can't remember what I did last time): When do we attach the luggage tags? I fly into the Vancouver international airport and am taking the Disney port-transfer-bus thing. I want to say we attach them after going through customs but before boarding the motor coach but I can't really recall. Does anyone have a definitive answer?

I deleted my post because someone said that the tours were only canceled for the next sailing. That might change. I am not a fan of flying so I would never do this excursion.
