New DCL itineraries are coming out tomorrow. Looking into 2013 trips (although I don't know if I can afford THIS trip) Would LOVE to do a Panama Canal, but they always fall right smack in the middle of our school year. The Wonder will now have a home port in Miami (What!!) and I am less than half an hour from Port of LA. (File that under 'Doesn't that suck' )

IMO, the new Wonder schedule SUCKS. The Panama Canal cruises are in Dec and May, and the ports are lack luster. (bleh). Then, don't even get me started with Miami. Would've hopped in the car and driven 4 hours south for some new ports, not the same old ports. Same old, same old. They couldn't toss in one southern Caribbean??????? Are you kidding me?

We thought about Alaska, but we are going to hold off. We want to be able to do it right - excursions, etc. Plus, we'll need passports and airfare :( Europe is not in the cards at all.

Soooooo, I am lost what to do next. Lost lost.

I was hoping for southern carribbean ports alos...but alas...not in 2013!

I have a cruise booked as a placeholder, turns out it's that LAST one for the Wonder here (12/2/12) I was hoping to move it to something I really wanted, but I can't see anything that I love. I would be interested in LA to Vancouver Repo, so I'll see if that's an option.

I too have a cruise to move, but where to???

Hi everyone! Been an incredibly long time since I have checked in here!! We are still booked on this cruise. It will be myself, DH, and only 3 of our daughters, 15, 13, and almost 2. We are in cabin 2019 and 2021. We have cancelled the sailing before this one, my parents purchased a home in Ft. Meyers, and we decided to spend the week there and at Disney before!

I booked a June 2013 Alaskan cruise. REALLY looking forward to that one!

Good for you!! We wanted to but I have a feeling we may be going to a wedding next summer (my brother). We ended up moving our dummy date to yet another Caribbean cruise on the Fantasy....

13 more days until our next cruise :cool1:

So, I quickly booked yesterday, thinking I was getting a great room because it had the much bigger balcony. But after seeing pictures and reading reviews, i don't know if it's worth the savings to have a sold white wall verandah. Has anyone ever had one of these rooms on the Wonder/Magic? :confused3

OK... SO we were discussing this over on facebook, and figured we should ask everyone's opinion on it. When should the cutoff for people to get onboard with the FE? Sounds like we have a lot of planners and people who want to get a final count on gifts/favors etc. It was suggested that the 90 day mark would be good, so March 16th cutoff.

What are your thoughts on when we should close new families joining the FE list?

Thanks for posting, Jason. I like the idea of closing it 90 days out.

I've always been open to the idea that the cut off day is around the paid in full date and if people wanted to join after that date it was fine as long as they understand they may not receive from each room.

I agree. I think 90 days is too far out. I'd go with 60 days or the paid in full (75 days). Two months should be plenty even for all the planners :)

We have been in cruises where people join a month or do prior to leaving & not everyone gives to them (we always do).
