We bought the So Cal city pass online which includes a 3 day hopper pass, we are also staying at Hojo which is a good neighbour hotel but have booked these ourselves, do you know if we will get entry to the Toontown Madness?

The Toontown Madness comes with DLR packages. I don't think you will have access to it.

Unfortunately, you won't get TTMM, but your 3 day hopper will have a Magic Morning with it.
