Time to start packing!
I've checked the forecast, and right now it says high 80's and mostly sunny, with occasional thunderstorms, for our whole week.

And I am so happy I did!! It is nice to see people who plan their trips as much as I do!!

We are heading to POR May 18th - 25th!! We are spending my daughter's 4th birthday there. It is the 2nd year we are celebrating her bday at Disney. As I am sure you can imagine we have tons of ADRs for character dining - since this is her favorite part. We have out FP+'s all booked - including Elsa and Anna.

We have her party by the pool planned and 2 cakes ordered from the Cake Hotline. One for her actual bday dinner and one for her party!

Love all the inside tips from the pro's on these boards!!

What kind cakes did you order? I need to order a cake for our trip. I thought I had to wait two weeks prior.

I am going to join the May group to help pass the time away for SWW. We are going May 14-18 staying at AoA. It will be myself, DH and DS who will be turning 10 the day before we leave. This is his birthday trip that we have tried to do for the past three years. My DH and DS love Star Wars and we have the whole weekend booked with all things SW related. I have been watching the SWW 2014 thread and since nothing new has come up I was getting a little board. A fellow Diser suggested I come over here and see what everyone else was planning in May.

Hope to read the thread tonight while I watch Clone Wars on Netflix after the kids are in the bed.

Magic Bands arrived Monday so we opened them last night when everyone was together. They look awesome!
Just need to finish making t-shirts, then start packing and organizing snacks/food, etc. for our 2 rooms - May 16 will be here before we know it! Woo-hoo!

RIGHT after I read the latest updates on this thread, my doorbell rang...it was the mailman with Mickey mail!!!

I squealed with excitement lol. Yaaay!! Now we just need to wait for our magic bands which are getting shipped tomorrow!!! 31 days to go! (why isn't my ticker updating!!)

27 days! Our Magic Bands arrived today!

We booked in Feb, in March we received our DME mail with the barcodes and luggage tags. Ironically, it arrived the same day the I decided to switch from POP to CSR. We haven't received a second packet from DME with new luggage tags (I did call them the same day to let them know we had changed resorts). Do you guys think I should be concerned yet? Our dates are May 18-24.

We will be at Coronado Springs, May 12th till 17th as part of our Honeymoon!

We're flying to Miami on May 5th and then driving up at the Weekend to Orlando with a rental.
Flights, Car, FastPass+ and ADRs are all booked and I can't wait!!!!

Time just isn't passing fast enough, someone please do something about that!

I'm sure most of you have heard but the TTA and astro orbiter are not closing in May. They are due to close for refurb during the summer!! I'm excited because the family and I love the TTA.

You don't know how excited I am that the TTA will be opened for our trip . We all love riding it, and DH and I especially love riding it while our girls are off riding Space Mountain for the 20th time .

I have a question to all of you that have received your MBs already. We are exactly 30 days away from our trip and when I went onto MDE and scrolled down to the my Magic bands and Cards, it says that my MBs are being customized and will ship soon. Just curious how long of a process this takes. If you haven't guessed yet, I am anxiously waiting for ours to arrive .

Based on our timeline, the process takes 1 day and then it gets shipped out and arrives within 2 to 3 business days. For example out bands were getting customized last Thursday and were shipped out Friday. We received them this Monday.
