WE BOOKED!!! My DH and I are taking our 3 children to Disney in September! From the 19th through the 24th, we'll be at Art of Animation!!! Though I was at Disney back in 1992, I haven't been since, and my hubby and kids have never been. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

SOLVED IT! I had to move our schedule around quite a bit to make the BoG reservation I got work. It also means that our Magic Kingdom day will end up being Saturday , which I always try to avoid. But! Focusing on the positive... The nice thing is that we'll finish dinner just in time for SpectroMagic and Wishes, and it's also the last night of our trip, so that'll be a really wonderful way to say goodbye. So! Without further ado, presenting our itinerary & ADRS! 9/21, Sun: MNSSHP (Staying offsite) 9/22, Mon: Universal, Check in to Pop Century that night 9/23, Tue: HS in the AM, Epcot in the PM Dinner ADR - Akershus, 5:15pm 9/24, Wed: Epcot - All Day Dinner ADR - Garden Grill, 6:50pm 9/25, Thu: Rest Day, Maybe DTD in the PM Dinner ADR - Ohana, 6:45pm 9/26, Fri: AK until Close, HS for Fantasmic in the PM Lunch ADR - Tusker House, 2:15pm 9/27, Sat: Magic Kingdom - All Day Dinner ADR - Be Our Guest, 5:55pm

Sun 9/21 - MK, Breakfast ADR @ Cinderella's Royal Table 8:05am (I was so excited to score that 8:05, I can't even tell you!)
Mon 9/22 - Epcot, Breakfast ADR @ Akershus 8:10am (I was almost as excited to score this one, too.)
Tues 9/23 - DHS, Lunch ADR @ Mama Melrose 12:00pm (Fantasmic package)
Wed 9/24 - MK Day 2, Breakfast ADR @ Crystal Palace 9:35am
Thurs 9/25 - AK, Dinner ADR @ Boma 5:15pm
Fri 9/26 - MNSSHP (I made a 5:30 dinner ADR at Chef Mickeys, but I will probably cancel it b/c that's one too many TS credits.)

Typing that out it looks a bit insane, but we're planning to go back to the hotel for a rest in the afternoon most days. Hence those early breakfasts so we can get a good amount done when the park first opens. (Also, if we don't get Free Dining I'll have to cancel most of those anyway; the only ones we'd keep for sure are CRT and Boma.)

We start 9/19 with dinner at O'Hana to hopefully catch some fireworks charm from MK
9/20-day at AK and finish with dinner at Boma
9/21-day at HS so Fantasmic dinner @ Mama Melrose
9/22-day at MK starts with 8:05 ADR @ Crystal Palace
9/23-Epcot fun with F&W and dinner at Akershus
9/24 and in still undecided ;-)
We have Cape May, BOG, Biergarten, Hollywood & Vine, & 1900 Park Fare on the wish list so we will see what we can squeeze in. I have a feeling BOG might not happen since our ressies aren't made for hotel yet. We are really undecided on DVC rental at AKV with Savannah view or CBR in hopes of FD. Hmmmmmm~Pixie dust???

Quick question, I was just looking at the official hours to finish up my plans to be ready for ADRs on Monday & noticed that Oct 3rd is the TOT marathon. Does anyone know if on the Friday they do anything or if it's busier at HS? This was supposed to be our HS day but will now have to change it if it is going to be crazy busy. I really hope it's not cause I don't know if I can switch my days around. This is our plan now:

Sept 27 - arrival day, no park as our flight arrives at 5:34

28th - Epcot - dinner at Via Napoli

29th - MK, KTTK tour - dinner at BOG

30th - Ak & DTD - dinner at Raglan Rd

Oct 1st - MK - breakfast at CP

2nd - Epcot, our anniversary & DH chose this as the park to celebrate with 'Ohanas for dinner

3rd - HS - H&V fantasmic package for dinner

4th - departure day, no park

If it's not busy on the 3rd then everything will be fine. I've never encountered this before, lol.

hello, we are going the first week in Sept. We just booked last night so Im praying some ADRs open up for some things we really wanted to see... BOG, Hoop Dee Doo, do you guys book a dining plan or not, (waiting for FD) we chose to not include a dining plan in our package, but we can add it if we need to right? Do you have to have the dining plan to get a FD offer?? Thanks for the calendar link too, this makes it easier to plan where to eat.
THANKS in advance ....oh we are staying at Pop this time, so excited. I got an ADR for Ohana seems available each day even though we are past 180 days, do you think the construction will hinder this?

did our ADRs today got everything (even BoG) except the afternoon tea we were told it is under reno. They don't know yet when it will reopen so have to keep checking. So excited to have that done with..............lol I was stressed!!!!

It was a huge relief when ADR day was over, especially since I too got most of what I wanted glitches and all.

I'm not really sure - but I know that the ToT race should be after the park closes (it's a night race), on the 4th.

So I don't know how that would work on the 3rd - the "race" stuff is at the ESPN sports complex that day. I would think you would be fine. Especially if the racers (and families) get to have HS to themselves until 3am on the race night - they would visit OTHER parks on the 3rd.

You were not able to book HDDR?

Hi everyone,

It's been a couple of years since I posted because I didn't have a trip on the horizon and I was very sad about that! But now I'm delighted to tell you that I have JUST booked and we have less than 6 months!!

12th - 26th September 2014, Kidani Village.

We've rented DVC points from David's and saved a lot of money, in fact we're only paying about $400 more than we would have for 2 weeks at Pop!

What's really super exciting though is the the 6 days BEFORE I fly to Orlando, I will be in Disneyland Paris! I arrive there on Sept 6th and then come back to London on the 11th ready for a flight to the US on the 12th... I may burst with excitement.

Surely 3 weeks of Disney parks will satisfy me for... oo at least 6 months!

Yes I was, it was odd, when i looked at Disney Experience on my phone it didnt show that or the Fantasmic package, but on the PC it did? I dunno.
I got it though. we've never been, so its exciting.
Ohana seems to be cool, and we have never done it but we always take the monorail, so hopefully no issues with construction.

I Have 2 ADRs for CRT dinner on 9/17- 5:20pm and 6:40pm. I am planning to release the 6:40pm slot soon but wondered if anyone wanted it and I could coordinate with them to hopefully snag it! It is for 3 people.

They both have typical breakfast food for the most part, but Kona has tonga toast!! Yum!!!

So I was up early to book our ADRs and KTTK tour. We got everything we wanted including BOG, just not happy with the time at this point and will keep checking daily for earlier times.

So here is our official itinerary (well official until FP+ can be booked, lol):

Sept 27: Arrival day. Since our flight does not arrive until 5:34pm and we won't get to POP until around 6:30-7pm we will not be going to a park. We will be going to DTD and going to Earl of Sandwiches for dinner though, want my holiday sandwich and brownie.

28: Full day at EPCOT for F&W and dinner at Via Napoli at 6:20pm

29: MK day. KTTK tour at 9am and since this is an EMH evening we will go back to POP for swimming and relaxing for a couple of hours. We will go back to MK for dinner at BOG at 8:45pm.

30: Full day at HS with dinner at Hollywood and Vine at 4:55pm. I booked us the Fantasmic package with the show being around 8pm that night.

Oct 1: MK day with breakfast at Crystal Palace at 8:45am. We will be going to DTD in the evening for shopping.

2: EPCOT day. This is our 10 yr anniversary so I let my DH choose which park and where dinner would be. We will be having dinner at 'Ohanas at 6:25pm. I would've preferred something more romantic but all other anniversaries he lets me pick so this year I let him. If that's not love then I don't know what is.

3: Full AK day with dinner at Raglan RD in DTD for dinner at 6:30pm.

4: Departure Day. Our flight is at 6pm but will be picked up by DME around 3pm so we will not be going to a park. We will be having breakfast at Chef Mickeys at 10:30am though and probably going to DTD for any last minute shopping.

I didn't add rides or lunch as we cannot book FP+ until July 29th and lunch will be whatever we feel like. However at EPCOT it will probably Sunshine Seasons and at AK Flametree BBQ.

Hope everyone else has gotten what they've wanted.
