“IF THIS IS A DREAM, I DON’T WANT TO WAKE UP!” – POP! Goes The Solo Trip **THE END**

Amazing Buzz score! Galactic high five for you, good sir :)

And yep, Tiana and Belle are totally waving right at you.

I think Aurora is mad at Phillip because SHE was waving at you and then noticed HE was waving at you too. She wants you all for herself.

TP

If I was alone and had gotten a high score on Buzz, I would of been running out telling strangers :rotfl2: Aurora is giving him an evil eye :rotfl:

Right there with you on the Buzz suckage. At the end of one ride last trip, I had a score of 6000. But then the last ride of the trip, my husband and I both maxed out prior to hitting the photo, so in the photo we both laid back and put our arms behind our head. It was a pretty funny pic.

That couple sounds awesome. I love how seriously they were taking their Buzz scores!

That's an awesome score! God knows how that point system works, hahha. At least on Toy Story Mania you know!

Thanks for sharing that awesome Buzz score with all of us! Congrats!

That Aurora photo is pretty funny. You just know she can't stand Philip!

I feel the same way about Buzz. I can never tell which little red dot is mine! It is so frustrating. I went to Hershey this past weekend and they have a similar ride but the red dots are HUGE and your gun lights up when you hit a target, so at least you know when you hit something. In everything else Disney in the clear winner, but for once I think they could take a lesson from Hershey and do something similar on Buzz!

:rotfl: Your parade pictures of Prince Charming and Phillip! Haha that is too funny with your caption! I have other comments about that parade but can't share yet because it has to do with my own trip report ;)

Rob I think you found the secret Zurg target! ;) Oh, wait, it's your skills my friend.. yeah, definitely your skills. Like that invisible person next to you, I don't know how many times I've saved the galaxy and been a galactic hero! :lmao::lmao:

That 1st Space Mtn photo is how I looked on our last trip. At least you did a re-do - nice job! You should frame that one and give it to your mom for her birthday. Mom's like those kinds of things... kinda like tracing your hand print.

That girl whose head was captured in the Belle photo.... I had to look again since it looked like she was holding a shrunken head. Tell me it's a doll!

Seriously. It must have been something that Phillip said...

Man - that BU Z Z score - A MAZING - my wife has beaten me every time - I need some Emily Thorne style revenge plan - for our next trip in November haha - I never live it down - aim hey - that must be it

Here I am at Day 4:

Thanks for sharing the pictures and letter/drawing from Johanna. What a great way to make a difference in someone's life.

Also- nice Stacey photo. Where do you keep that little gem?

Back to Disney-

Nice start to your day at MGHS

Double dose of RNR, followed by falling at ToT, a TSM FP and more ToT- great position and fantastic picture from that second ride. Looks like the day got much, much nicer!

Love your pictures from the Beauty & the Beast Show. I have only seen this once at HS- and it was solo at the show for me too- because I travel with my DH and two sons who do not have much interest in this story.

Sorry to hear your trip to DTD was mostly a bust. Bummer on not being able to find your snow globe there, but :cool1: on your persistence in getting it later.

Your pictures taken in the TSM queue before the ride are really good. Mine are always blurry, like my camera is wearing 3D glasses or something like that.

What a spectacular night at MK!!!!!!!!!!

I am shocked at the 5 minute wait time for Little Mermaid. Wow!

We were really impressed by the Celebrate the Magic projection show, too. Really fun to watch. You got some pretty nifty pictures of that!

Love your encounters with a couple of people at vastly different places on the age spectrum who "Get it!" I can see how that moment at Wishes was so special for you.

:goodvibes

OMG I know how you feel about Buzz, that ride is so hard and frustrating lol. I'm terrible at it! Especially with TSM being so awesome I have a hard time liking that ride anymore :rotfl:

Nice SM photos!

I agree with you about Buzz. I just always seem to do better than my husband at it though so it makes me happy. I also think it's stopped at some point every single time I've been on it in wdw.

It's funny how you hop around from land to land when you're by yourself. No one is there to say are you nuts?! Our feet may not like it but we need to burn off those chicken nuggets somehow. :)

Oh Prince Philip...you should only have eyes for Aurora!! No wonder why you're not my favorite prince. Team Eric all the way!

Loving your TR!!! :thumbsup2 I am on page 40 so getting close to the end. I tend to read all the updates, and then the comments and then your responses so it takes me a long time to read but I really love it!!! :goodvibes

I have laughed out loud (bucket list of watching Wishes in the parking lot) and teared up (Wishes story with the little girl) and I just LOVE all the ride photos.

I love little kids reactions to Disney. We took my DS for the 1st time when he was 3 years old and one of the first rides we went on was IASW and he just had this expression of awe on his face the whole time. He just absolutely loved that ride and I just loved watching him experience it.

Looking forward to reading the rest of your TR!! :)

I can't believe I fell so far behind on this awesome TR! I'm all caught up now and just had to post and let you know how much I'm enjoying it. I love your writing style and sense of humour, I've been LOL all through this report. :lmao:

Thanks for sharing! :goodvibes

Aw, that's OK Carole! The good news is it's always there waiting for you. :)

My goodness, THANK YOU so very much! I so appreciate that, you have no idea. :goodvibes

I don't know what made me laugh harder... the Miley slam or the red light district reference :rotfl:

Haha, I hope you enjoyed both equally!!! :thumbsup2 I guess in retrospect they were both somewhat similar in a way.

Totally with you on Buzz. Especially since Toy Story Mania showed up, I just get more annoyed with Buzz every single trip. This past trip my mom and I would hit the same targets, and she would get 1,000 points and I would just get 100. I did manage to get 600,000 once...no idea how it happened.

The red light district comment, though :rotfl: this is a family park!!

I love the Haunted Mansion queue too. Now you have to go through the cemetery if you don't have Fastpass+, but I love reading all the headstones.

Cannot unsee that image of Prince Charming. Pull it together, Charming, this is once again a family park!

Hehe Aurora is not having any of this. Great moment to capture.

Right??? Such an annoying ride, but you still have to do it. I'm sure there's some cheats you can find online, but I've never cared enough to look. And it probably wouldn't matter since I can't hit the targets consistently anyway.

Haha, yeah, they might need to change the colour.

I always use the extended queue as long as it's not too crowded. It's a ridiculous amount of fun. Interesting about the FP+, but I guess it really isn't much of a surprise.

Bahaha. What I wonder though is would anyone else have thought it if I hadn't said it? But seriously, it just cracked me up when I saw it.

And then that Aurora photo. OMG I laughed.

Amazing Buzz score! Galactic high five for you, good sir :)

And yep, Tiana and Belle are totally waving right at you.

Ahh thank you Elaine. I appreciate the trans-atlantic high five.

See, I totally agree. The photos don't lie! ::yes::

I think Aurora is mad at Phillip because SHE was waving at you and then noticed HE was waving at you too. She wants you all for herself.

TP

Hmmm, now that's a story I can get behind Teresa. I like that! :)

If I was alone and had gotten a high score on Buzz, I would of been running out telling strangers :rotfl2: Aurora is giving him an evil eye :rotfl:

I thought about doing that, I won't lie. Maybe if I had actually maxed out I would would have done that.
That has become one of my favourite photos ever. :lmao:

Right there with you on the Buzz suckage. At the end of one ride last trip, I had a score of 6000. But then the last ride of the trip, my husband and I both maxed out prior to hitting the photo, so in the photo we both laid back and put our arms behind our head. It was a pretty funny pic.

Thank you, I'm so glad you agree. I'm pretty confident that the scores on Buzz are simply randomly generated.
Haha, that's a awesome story though. I totally would have done that too!

That couple sounds awesome. I love how seriously they were taking their Buzz scores!

Oh God Marissa, they were so comical. You could tell they had been together for a long time. I loved them.

Thanks, I was pretty excited. :hyper:

haha I just lol'd for real at your Aurora and Phillip comment too funny!!

Haha, thanks! I was honestly doubled over when I saw the photo. At the time I had no idea.

Thanks for sharing that awesome Buzz score with all of us! Congrats!

That Aurora photo is pretty funny. You just know she can't stand Philip!

Aww thank you Annie.

Haha, I know right??!

I feel the same way about Buzz. I can never tell which little red dot is mine! It is so frustrating. Thanks Becky, I'm glad you agree. I tend to just point and shoot and hope for the best. Ah, I like that MUCH better. Even Buzz is DL is better since the gun isn't stuck to the vehicle.

I had such a laugh over that photo, especially since I had no idea at the time. She does NOT look happy.

Ooh, a teaser. I like it!! :thumbsup2

Rob I think you found the secret Zurg target! ;) Oh, wait, it's your skills my friend.. yeah, definitely your skills. Like that invisible person next to you, I don't know how many times I've saved the galaxy and been a galactic hero! :lmao::lmao:

Seriously. It must have been something that Phillip said...

I know I must have found a few major targets. Sadly, I have no idea where. And also, no, I have absolutely no skills... just a lot of luck.

Ahhh, I was so upset with myself for not paying attention, but that's what makes the SM photos so funny. It was absolutely necessary to do a re-do as a result.

I never noticed that until you mentioned it, but OMG Brenda, that's pretty creepy looking. I think it might be an Ariel doll. But very creepy especially considering the person holding it has the exact same hair colour.

One of the funniest photos I've ever taken. She is NOT pleased with Phillip at all. :rotfl:

Man - that BU Z Z score - A MAZING - my wife has beaten me every time - I need some Emily Thorne style revenge plan - for our next trip in November haha - I never live it down - aim hey - that must be it

Thank you Darren. I'd give you some advice, but I have none. But maybe the "aim" thing might indeed be the key!

Here I am at Day 4:

Thanks for sharing the pictures and letter/drawing from Johanna. What a great way to make a difference in someone's life.

Yay, my favorite day!

Believe me, it's my absolute honour to be involved with this.

Haha, I have it framed in my living room.

Totally. You can't beat that tri-fecta of rides.

You know though, I kind of felt that way for a while too. But since I was solo and wanted to try new things, this made sense. Then I ended up loving it. They should give it a try.

Yeah, it was so strange that it was sold out. I'm glad I finally got it, but shipping cost to Canada from Disney Store is beyond ridiculous.

Haha, thanks. I've been pretty happy with the low light photos my camera takes.

Oh God, my emotions were off the charts that night!

I know, it was so odd. But no complaining from me!

Thaks, yeah, I really did like it. But I honestly think I like Magic, Memories, and You a bit more overall.

Oh God Dee, it was just such an emotional and wonderful period of time. And yeah, to experience that "love" from 2 people who could not have been more different was just :cloud9:
It was without a doubt the most amazing experience I've ever had there.

Great update! :goodvibes

Thanks so very much!

OMG I know how you feel about Buzz, that ride is so hard and frustrating lol. I'm terrible at it! Especially with TSM being so awesome I have a hard time liking that ride anymore :rotfl:

Nice SM photos!

Ahh, I'm so glad that so many agree on this. I hate slagging anything Disney, but for me this just is not fun. Well, to be honest, I don't hate it by any stretch, it's just frustrating. And yeah, TSM's awesomeness does make Buzz look that much worse.

Haha, thanks Jess!!

Haha, as long as you win I can see it not being all bad.

Bahaha, so true Jennifer. I didn't really even realize it at the time. It's only though doing a TR that I realized how much criss-crossing I actually did. But you're right, gotta burn off those Disney calories. :tiptoe:

Yup, Phil was definitely in trouble.

Loving your TR!!! :thumbsup2 I am on page 40 so getting close to the end. I tend to read all the updates, and then the comments and then your responses so it takes me a long time to read but I really love it!!! :goodvibes

Awww thank you so very much indeed!!! That's very sweet. Since you're a reader of Dani's TR, I take that as a HUGE compliment. That's so cool that you're reading everything. I can't tell you how nice it is to hear that.

Those two Wishes experiences could not have been more different

I am absolutely a firm believer (obviously) that Disney is amazing for all ages, but I agree completely that seeing things though a child's eyes is extra special.

Again thank you so very much. :goodvibes
